Dale has tinted the windows on my five of my vehicles over the past 12 years. I’ve never had any issues with bubbling or fading. Would definitely recommend and have in the past.

DONOTALLOWHIMINYOURCAR!!! Dale is the WORST tint installation tech ever!!! He also has no respect for your car, the care of it, and he cannot be trusted!!! The first time he applied tint in my car there were little air bubbles in the tint — everywhere! I had to call him out a second time to replace the tint. He did so. 3-days later I had to call him again with the same issue… little bubbles everywhere! When he came to my home, we were inspecting the tint and I noticed that he had damaged the defroster strips on the back window — they were scraped off! When I asked him how he handles situations when he damages a car, and having to ask the SAME question 3TIMES because Dale is FULLOFEXCUSES — Dale quotes…1. I have NEVER damaged a car! 2. I didn’t damage your car… and then the third time I asked him, «Help me understand what happens when you damage someone’s car?» Dale said, «Well it falls on the burden of proof!» THATISNOTWHAT A BUSINESSOWNERSHOULDSAYTO A CUSTOMER — EVER!!! Well this car is a 2011 Mercedes E-350 purchased a month prior(with less than 19k miles), still under warranty and from a reputable dealership — where I inspected the vehicle thoroughly and even have the pictures from the car dealership website showing NODAMAGE! Dale also did not notate the car had any damage PRIOR to him starting work. So I proved it to him(that the strips were there and intact prior to his work in my car) by showing him the pictures. He then said he would set up time to have the entire back glass replaced… however, that is not where this story ends! During that same appointment, I told him to remove the tint from the other windows prior to leaving(because I was not going to pay for removal when I took it to another company for tint) — again, he did not tell me about or note any damage to the car/interior OR damage HE caused.(Wouldn’t you tell a customer that the seam was separated prior to working in the back seat so you are not held responsible??? I would!) A few days later, the window replacement vendor came to my work and when I reached into the back seat to pull a small garment bag out of the back seat — I saw that he had ripped the seam between the headrest and back rest!!! THISISCOMPLETELYUNACCEPTABLE!!! He never told me about the defroster strips or the damage to the leather seam! It is because this man CAUSEDTHEDAMAGE and does not want to be held accountable! His insurance company is stating that Dale causing the damage to the seam completely separating is NOT probable! Really!!! HEDAMAGEDMYVEHICLE! He does not want to take responsibility and IF his insurance company or Dale does not cover the damage to the leather upholstery, he will be taken to court!!! Do not allow Dale to enter your car! You will regret it!!!

Run by one guy(Dale). We’ve lived here since 8⁄2001 and have had a variety of vehicles — he’s done the tint on all of them. He does a great job, takes pride in his work, and is very reliable.
