10th Street Palms Apartments

Very rude and unprofessional! Run for your life! Trust me you don’t want to do business with these people! They are nice at first but will turn on you if you say something they don’t like! I have known several people who got on there bad side and got kicked out. They lied about why they were getting kicked out and ended up in court. The tenant won. The judge recognized that they didn’t have valid reasons for kicking them out and that they had lied. They never fix anything, they are never in the office, and they never answer the phone. They will continue to raise your rent and they won’t do anything to your apt until you move out! They don’t care about there tenants at all! All they care about is money! Slumlords is to nice a word for them. Nic and Diane especially should be ashamed of themselves and their unprofessional behavior! Instead of continuing to buy new properties you need to take care of the ones you already have. And you need to learn how to treat your tenants better. Its almost like you forget that without your tenants you would have nothing!

I can’t begin to describe how bad this apartment is. Don’t be sold on the kitchen. (Which is extremely nice). The apartment building is old. Each step you take is followed by a creeky sound. I tip toe around just to be nice to the guy downstairs. When I moved in the carpet was dirty and although the guy that showed me the apartment said that it would be cleaned prior to me moving in (I moved in 1 month after they showed it to me) it wasn’t. Or at least you couldn’t tell that it was clean due to the stains in it. The apartments refused to clean it after the papers were sign. I didn’t check before because I expected it to be clean. That’s just the beginning tho. There was also a hole in the carpet. On top of this the ac barely blows out any air. If you stand 1 feet away from the vent you won’t feel any air. It doesn’t stop there. The ac unit is extremely load so if your watching tv you have to turn up the volume just to hear. But there’s a problem. If you turn up the TV you get a knock from your downstairs neighbor complaining that it’s to loud. Which it really isn’t because if you stand just outside the apartment you can’t even hear it. There’s more but you get the point. DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS. SMH I wish my lease was up already and I haven’t been here for a month.

Great community, friendly neighbors, very clean and taken care of. Units are the nicest I’ve seen in the area, very sheik (you could not tell from the outside of the building). Location is great — quiet and very safe. I have recommended to a friend who also really likes it here. I don’t think they have any units available right now, but if they did I would give my two thumbs up :)
