I had two suits laundered. Excellent service was expedited. I will be returning. The ladies were friendly.

Ruined a blouse and refused to take responsibility. I have changed dry cleaners which is unfortunate as they were more convenient.

With a wedding of a very close friend coming up, I had dropped off a dress and suit to be dry cleaned and pressed. The dress cost much more than I expected, but I don’t dry clean often, so I settled for the over $ 20 price tag to clean one dress and paid the bill. The suit was another story. With a teenage son, I need to adjust the length of pants regularly. I had let out the hem of his suit pants and when I dropped off the suit explained I needed the old hem fold pressed out. I picked up the suit 5 days later and the hem was pressed back in. I told them this was wrong and the clerk said she would take care of it. I unfolded the hem and asked they be pressed again to remove the fold line. It was a 3 day wait. I went after work last night to pick up the pants (Thursday after 5 as promised. Wedding is Saturday early morning). Not only was the pant hem pressed back in the same place, but the pants were hemmed! I specifically explained that I had hemmed the pants and the line needed to be pressed out! It wasn’t a difficult request. When I informed this clerk that these were wrong and I hadn’t asked anyone to hem them, her response was «sorry». I told her I needed them corrected for tomorrow. Again her response was «sorry». It took quite a long time to undo the hem I never requested and attempt to press out the old hem fold with a home iron. Old hem fold is still there, but I can’t risk not having the pants or having them do more damage. I will not be returning again!
