STS Tire & Auto Centers

Dan, the STS’s Manager on site, showed incredible customer service today during my visit. He turned a terrible day a lot warmer and brighter. As I commuted from upstate NY to central NJ for work, my day started at 6am. After 75% into my drive, my rear left tire blew out. I reluctantly drove 4 miles to the nearest STS tire shop, to have my tire replaced (there were other options, but given STS’s breadth of inventory, I figured they would have my tires in stock). Dan and his team was helpful to educate me on my repair options and helped me get in and out of the shop as quickly as possible. After about an hour, I had two new tires installed. When I thought the dreadful day was over, I accidently locked myself out of my car. Dan first used creative ways to get me back into my car. When that failed, he offered to drive me back home (~ an hour away) to retrieve my spare key.
Honestly, I have never met such a kind, generous and compassionate person at an auto shop, or at any other service center for that matter. Given that I was out of options, I took Dan on his offer. And when I tried to remunerate him, he politely declined. Needless to say, I am extremely GRATEFUL. I cannot thank him and his colleagues enough at STS. Again, Thank you!

These guys are a joke. Dropped my car to get work done and they did everything but fix what I originally came in for. They will get you.

My dad recently visited STS for new tires. After inspecting his car, the sales rep said it was unnecessary and sent him home. My dad had been convinced that it was time for new tires, but STS did not take advantage of him. The folks at STS are honest and the quality of their service is undeniable. Our family will be loyal customers from here on out. Thanks STS!

So another day to get vehicle fixed. Took me off guard so I could not have planned any worse. They identified problem with brakes and completely made sure I understood. Of course more then I wanted to spend, but had to. Bottom line was in and repairs done in a timely fashion. Yes I will be back

Just took my vehicle in for new tires, front end alignment and ball joints. These guts continue to impress me. Tony and Danny are great and they provide excellent customer service. Again, for routine vehicle maintence as well as tires and wheels, my vote and recommendation is to take your vehicle to STS in Phillipsburg.
