I had a very bad experience here. After waiting 45 minutes for my prescription to be filled I was informed that my insurance had no knowledge of me exisiting. I told them that it was impossible since I had just utilized the insurance the day prior. I even called the insurance company and had them give me explicit directions on how the pharmacist should search my information. I prompted the pharmacist with this and she refused to fill my script. As I left I could hear her laughing at me. The next day I took my prescription to Walgreens on Linden Ave and had no trouble filling it.

Almost every time I come here its a problem. Came to pickup scripts that should have been done two days ago for my wife who has been getting scripts here for two years. Now suddenly they can’t find her and don’t fill the scripts. They are too busy here to service customers properly. Do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy

The pharmacy deserves no stars. They are very unorganized, unprofessional and clearly used to dealing with idoits. They often mess up prescriptions and the staff blames you because you call out their incompetence. I’ve been to this location for the last four months and every month there has been an issue with my medication. Avoid this place if at all possible.
