We were long overdue for service when our furnace started making ominous noises. We called Advanced on the advice of a neighbor & are glad we did. Did a great job & saved us a small fortune in the process. Cost us less than we expected & it’s running great. Would definitely recommend.

This company performs the basic bait-​and-​switch. Five years after installing heat to an add-​on room in my home, the control panel in the Aprilaire switch failed. They charged for the 15-​minute troubleshooting visit $ 110 (premium rate because it was after 4:30PM, namely, 4:35); told me the replacement circuit board part would cost $ 94. The tech SHOWED ME the part and price in his catalog. After two weeks of calling, the part came in, but now it was going to cost $ 150. Should have been an easy swap out/​in, but the job turned into a three hour marathon of running new wiring (the old wiring suddenly no longer worked!). At $ 108/​hr for labor, the swap-​out board project came to an additional $ 479! When I objected, the service person got surly. I paid, but I would highly recommend that others steer clear of this outfit.
