I am not a great fan of crystals. … but I do like the chicken sandwiches. The parking area for this restaurant is awful there are potholes and nothing indicating any true parking at all…

Went here tonight and saw a sign advertising a sackful of burgers and two drinks and two fries for about $ 12. Sounded pretty good so I ordered a sackful of Krystal’s burgers and told the employee I wanted both drinks to be sweet tea. I paid my money, get my bag, and start to leave the parking lot and realize she forgot the fries. I walk into the restaurant and politely ask where my fries are. The employee says oh you wanted the combo? Turns out she rang up a sackful of burgers and two drinks separately, which equaled the same as if I had gotten the fries as well. I said ok I will drive back around thru the drive thru because I didn’t bring my receipt and debit card inside. I drive back around and no one is at the window. I wait. Nothing. So I honk my horn. An angry looking manager appears. I politely explain the situation and ask her to ring up a combo for me, since that’s what I intended to order. She told me she couldn’t do a refund and ring up the correct amount, but «I’ll just give you the fries but you should have asked for that.» She was being very dismissive and rude, so I asked for my debit card back and told her to forget about it. I said «I just wish the girl had told me that when I came inside.» As I was talking, the manager shut the glass window in my face and she started walking away after rolling her eyes at me. I admit I lost my temper and yelled «you’re welcome! Thanks for being so helpful!» I will NEVER go there again. Customer service is the most important thing in any business and they won’t have to deal with me ever again.
