Ridgeland, SC
Rooms are nice, clean bed, clean room, a/​c blows cold and constant fan works good. Shower had good pressure but drain didn’t work. WiFi was good it streamed Netflix just fine. Workout room was terrible, all the equipment was pretty much broken, pool was covered up. Not much around this area. Dickeys BBQ was pretty solid. Not to impressed for a Holiday inn Express.

Horrible. I cancelled the reservation within 10 minutes of booking and they wouldn’t refund my money. I used an app to book and it said it was 4 – 5 miles from my location (was 45 minutes away). I usually don’t stay at holiday inn express and definitely won’t in the future. Apparently this one is struggling so bad that keeping $ 140 is more important that keeping a potential customer. I would not recommend any business that operates in this manner. Only reason it got a star was because it had to in order to post. I would’ve given it negative stars if possible.

Two stars due to its position at the top of this market. Not much to brag about, but a decent night’s stay.
My bed was comfortable. The pool was clean. The room does show a bit of wear and tear.
Breakfast was a little below par for HI Express standards, but the breakfast staff was very friendly.

Stayed at this HI Express. Standard fair. Staff was friendly, that’s about only nice thing to say.
Chair in the room was stained, the bed had some type plastic under the sheets, made for noisy evening. The coffee pot had not been cleaned, coffee filter still in the drip area. Had a hard time getting temperature right.
The elevator had a terrible smell.
Normal free breakfast, their pancake machine is one of my favorite contraptions, push a button a minute later out drops a couple of pancakes.
I stay at HI Express on a regular basis, this one was a little disappointing.
