I was very disappointed with this flower shop. Today is one of my dearest friend’s wedding. We arrived at 11:00 to pick up her $ 195 bouquet and boutonnière for the groom (which was an additional $ 30). Upon arrival, the bride was told that neither were made, and in fact, they had forgotten to pull her ticket. She paid well in advance of 30 days prior to the wedding.
She politely requested that due to their error, they bring the flowers to the church. They wanted her to come back or send someone back to pick them up.
They did deliver the flowers, which were not what they had agreed upon at the time she ordered and paid for them. The person who delivered the flowers seemed irritated or inconvenienced.
