While this may not be a «5-​star» restaurant, it is absolutely a 5-​star fast good joint. The employees are friendly and respectful and it’s obvious they enjoy their jobs. I really enjoy the food as well. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was awesome. Thanks Phenix City chick-​fil-​a

While our order was delivered to us correctly and I can’t complain about that, I was shocked by the attitude of what appeared to be a manager as we waited at the window for our food. He came by the window with bags in his hand and yelled, «Who ordered these bags? Did you get them at the Dollar Store?» and then he slammed then into a trash can and yelled, «God bless it!!» My son and I were shocked by this behavior! This is not the Chick fil a attitude we are accustomed to.

I love this chick fil a!!! The staff will go above and beyond to make your visit the best! I love Todd the owner! You can tell the loves his business and his guests.
