SERVPRO of Pflugerville

Compared to what others who posted here seem to have endured, our problem was relatively minor. But, we didn’t know that until Kyle with SERVPRO took the time to come out and investigate. We were concerned that we had a mold or mildew issue in one kitchen cabinet. Kyle spent about an hour coaching us on what to look for, and even took the time to drill a small inspection hole in the cabinet base so he could look underneath for any sign of past or present moisture. He also gave us sound advice on cutting one or two more small openings, which we did just to be sure. Everything was clean and dry!
Had Kyle not been up-​front and honest, he certainly could have led us in another direction by recommending extensive remedial measures to rectify the situation, and we would probably have not known any better. He refused any payment for his time and expertise. So even though SERVPRO did not benefit financially, it is our hope that this review encourages others to trust this business should the need for this type of service arise. We certainly will.

I gave SERVPRO of Pflugerville a 5 star rating because I found them to be top notch professionals. We had water damage to the carpet in our master closet from a leak in a line in master bath. I had considered replacing the carpet because there was rust areas where metal was in contact with wet carpet. Additionally, I put kitty litter down to soak up the saturation. My carpet was a disaster and I just knew there was no hope for it. Someone suggested SERVPRO to us and we decided to give them a try. I am so happy that we did because our carpet looks brand new!
We were fortunate enough to get Arthur and Chris as our technicians and I was Über impressed! They were very respectful of my home and my things, taking care to do a good job as well. They were both so pleasant and friendly and worked very hard to do the job right. I like that very much.
I wish I recieved this kind of service from other companies I deal with

With a hectic Saturday already underway the last thing I wanted to deal with was a water issue. I called Servpro to come look at our water damage and could not have been more happy. Gabriel and Eddie came out within an hour of calling. They were extremely thorough in their evaluation of the damage and took way more time than I expected to explain the entire process with me.
I highly recommend Servpro to anyone in need of help during a water damage crisis. Thanks guy!

A disaster in your home is tough to deal with. Servpro of Pflugerville softens the blow. After a broken pipe in the foundation of my house, I had a mess on the 1^st floor of my home. Craig McCreary, production manager, came out to estimate the job and tell me everything that would happen, step by step. He was professional, thorough, courteous, and friendly. I felt a lot better about the situation after meeting him. Arthur and Dustin came out and very gently moved our first floor belongings to one of their vaults, exercising as much care as if the items were their own. Arthur answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. They returned with Angel and Eddie to begin the drying process and remove the laminate floor and baseboards. I never imagined all the flooring could be removed so quickly. Angel and Eddie were incredibly efficient. Dustin removed all the wet drywall and some shelving very efficiently. The drying process took days and Arthur repeatedly came by to monitor the process, phoning ahead each time and working around my schedule. All the equipment was removed yesterday and we’re finally dried out here. Craig contacted me today to schedule their return for a final cleanup (removing all that drywall dust). When I told him he could come today and mentioned I had another contractor coming in a few days to do drywall repair, he suggested we wait for the final cleanup until after the repair was complete since it would create a lot of dust again, thus saving me from having to do it myself.
I really can’t say enough good things about these folks. They all made a bad situation a lot more bearable for me. While I hope disaster doesn’t strike again any time soon, I know whom I’ll be calling if it does. Also, my dog really liked them and she hates almost everyone. :)

An unfortunate leak occured (twice?! long story…) in the unit above a condo we own resulting in damage to our unit and displacing of our tenant. After MUCH back and forth between the owner of the upstairs unit, our insurance companies, another water restoration unit… Servpro came to the rescue. Will and Chris were very professional and proficient in their work and efforts and were able to help FINALLY resolve the water damage and to look for and prevent mold growth.

I was in need of a unique cleaning job and contacted them on a referral from another SERVPRO franchise that told me they were reliable. Someone (whom I will not name to protect the guilty) came out quickly on a Friday afternoon (so far, so good) and promised me an estimate that evening, with work to start the following week. I never got the estimate, and when I called back the following Monday morning, I learned that person was out of town all week and we would have to start the process over again. (Um, no thank you!) I ended up using another service, but as a result of this one employee’s thoughtlessness, my family had to remain out of our home for an additional 3 – 4 days!
I’m sure they probably do fine work once they show up, and the other staff were appropriately and sincerely apologetic, but this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. If you use them, you better stay on top of them.

This is truly a company that takes the community into consideration. A big thank you to Bob, Will, Edward, Mike & Gabriel for all the information, hard work, & dedication. Also thank you all for taking good care of our home in such a devastating time.

Bobby and Saxon came to my house today and were extremely nice. They knew what they were doing and were very professional. Bobby walked me through the whole process and was very patient with my questions and explained everything in great detail. They cleaned up the water and drywall from the floor and put in some fans and de-​humidifier to speed up the process of repair. Such nice guys, highly recommend them!

My washer recently flooded my kitchen as well as the condo below me. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the Servepro team I worked with.
This happened in my first month of owning this condo and I was clueless to the steps I needed to take to get it all cleaned up for myself as well as the neighbor below. Gabe, Zack, Bobby, Jake, Saxson, and Angel came out immediately to help with getting our condos back into shape. They were incredibly informative with the steps I needed to take, great at communicating throughout the process, and took the time to talk me through and educate me on everything that was going on.
They did an amazing job and I would recommend this team to everyone. I am huge on customer service since I work in the industry and these guys went above and beyond my expectations and made a bad experience much more pleasant.
If you ever have a flood, fire, or need a clean up I would not hesitate to use these guys. They were such a pleasure to work with.
