I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to this massage business. When I first scheduled my appointments on line. They NEVER showed up! I had to call them. Then Lacy Loucks called Russell Seguine and asked where he was? His excuse was that he got confused because I had schedule another appointment the following morning. Yet Russell never called me to confirm any of the appointments since he was confused. Why? Common sense would have told him to confirm the appointments, right?
If my double booking got him confused… then what else are they gonna make mistakes on? I am in the Legal business and if I had made a mistake like they did from the get go I would not only lose my license but also gotten sue for Mal Practice! From experience from this kind of mistakes it says… RUN! Run as fast and as far as you can! Buyer BEWARE!
