I had Mike and co. out to take down uprooted, badly leaning 60 ft Hackberry in the middle of my patio. They did an excellent job, and offered the lowest price from 3 Austin tree companies. It took them less than 8 hours to remove tree and grind the stump. This is the second time I used Paradise Trees and I will use them again for my next tree related project. I experienced really good communication with Mike, and they got the job done to my specifications.

I watched in shock as one of paradise trees trucks passed me on parmer with a pitbull cowering in the bed of the truck. The truck had no tailgate! The dog was not secured! It just huddled up next to the tool box and kept it’s head down.
Seriously what kind of irresponsible person puts a dog and fellow drivers, who may have to swerve out of the way of a dog falling out of a truck, in that position. It’s not like the cab was full, there was only one guy in the truck.
If they are this careless with an animal and the safety of others on the road I wouldn’t trust them with anything I valued.

Michael and team came out to grind a large stump for me. They did a fine job on the job. Gave me a very fair price. Came when he said he would, a few days after providing a quote. Worked quickly and left the place the same as he found it. Great communication, fair price, and a job well done. I wasn’t here to see the job, or maybe I could give a 5 star!

Late getting to this, but Michael trimmed my trees in April. I saw him working on several other homes in my neighborhood, and made an inquiry, He gave me a quote that day, and began work a few days later. I had gotten several other quotes, and Michael beat them by a long shot. And his work? Phenomenal! He is my ‘go-​to’ guy for tree work from here on out.

These guys were great! My neighbor was having his huge tree in his front yard trimmed. I walked over and asked about some stumps I needed grinded. Mike and his co worker (sorry bro forgot your name :) came over and gave me the best price by far. Ground them out the next day. Customer service with these guys is top shelf. The only down side is, they did such a good job with my neighbors tree, now mine look like crap! I’ll be calling Paradise Trees to handle that.

Interesting encounter with a Paradise Trees JERK driving his pick-​up on I-​35 in Temple. Aggressive lane-​jumping, wreckless driving, causing a near miss accident with us. Not your best idea to drive like an idiot with your company name and phone number plastered across your back window. Great advertisement.

Michael from Paradise trees actually did my trees the summer of 2014 and I’ve been meaning to write a review since I wanted to let others know they do a great job. Michael was actually trimming the trees for some of our neighbors. He offered to give us an estimate since he was in the area. The estimate was fair so I decided to give his company a try. He and his crew were quick and efficient. They also did a nice job with the clean up afterwards. My trees looked good when they were done and they still look nice six months later. Plus his prices were better than the tree company I had used for the previous three years! I will definitely call Paradise again.

Customer service at a whole new level! David kept in touch with me, through the entire process of choosing the right tree for the area in our backyard that needed some shade. Our preference was a native pecan, and he went out of his way to get the perfect tree! Awesome company and service!
