I’m not going to go into all the issues I’ve had trying to find the right mattress at Sleep Experts, none of which had to do with the mattress itself or any service provided, but I will gladly discuss the high level of customer service received. Chris and the other young lady at the Pflugerville store (cannot recall her name) always had a smile and willing to help in any way possible. Even when they were swamped they never made me feel rushed (even though it probably took me 2+ hours to pick a mattress).
The stores themselves are much nicer and welcoming than other chain mattress stores and as the other reviewer also said, very hygienic by allowing you to have a pillow cover. They now even have a mattress that reads your body contour and asks questions about your sleeping habits to help you (and your sleeping partner, as applicable) narrow down your choices.
Delivery was also top notch. Called when they said they’d call to confirm and showed up in the window provided. They also put down a blue carpet and wore booties in the house. They were in/​out in a matter of minutes, but not sloppy, and did not damage any walls or furniture.
My mom bought the same mattress from the Bee Caves store and had a very similar positive experience. If you are in the market for a new mattress, definitely go see Chris at the Pflugerville store, but if not convenient for you, I have found all other locations to be equally customer service-​oriented.

This is one of my least favorite things to buy — a mattress (a car would be the other) I hate it. However it was a great experience here. The sales staff was very busy (it was Memorial Day), and they did a great job helping us and the other folks in the store. They listened to our needs and helped us zero in on what might best fit us. They gave us a piece of cloth to cover each pillow so we could lay there and not lay where someone else’s head had deposited God knows what, which was not what we experienced at the other mattress places we went. Bottom line the experience was pleasant, no up selling or pressure.
But here’s the part that separates a 3-​star from a 5-​star. We all overlooked the fact that we intended to order a box spring for one of the mattresses as well. So when the delivery came we had a new bed ready to receive both box spring and mattress but only a mattress arrived and only a mattress was noted on our purchase order. Not only did Sleep Experts return to the warehouse and deliver it later the same day, not only did they initially agree to honor the Memorial Day price for the box spring that we had not ordered or paid for, they gave it to us for free, without me asking for a thing.
