I can’t say enough about Sam and his crew. Great people to deal with. I purchased a quality prebuilt 10′ x 10′ wood storage shed from them and am extremely satisfied. The do-​it-​yourself kits at the large stores are cheaper yes, but read a few reviews on them and you’ll find that there are common occurrences of missing boards, warped boards and lumber that is cut too short. These kits use 2×3 studs, Sam uses 2×4’s and new lumber and the shed is solid as a rock. Add a few bottom vents and a roof vent and you’ve a product that is going to last for years and years. The delivery install guy really took his time to get the shed positioned just where I wanted it and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. I absolutely recommend purchasing from Home Place Structures.

We purchased our premier play scape here. A lady referred us to have some sod done from their delivery and set up guy. It was expensive so we had him do half the yard and then come back. He delivered and set up the play scape in between, because the sod was to wet he didn’t set up the play scape on the right side of the yard (so it didn’t block our view) but assured us he would return with a crew and move it over for us. (it took two weeks or us calling, texting and emailing to get this done)
We had one complaint about this place,
You pay half before it’s set up and they get the other half after it’s installed. Well he didn’t collect it when he set it up and the next day I couldn’t check voice mails or emails for a few hours. I had 4 emails and 2 phones (in 3 hours) asking for the money.
The attitude was like I was trying not to pay. They were paid that day. If you need the money the day of install you need to have someone collect it or change your policy, do not harass your customers.
ADVICE– Do not pay unless the plays cape is where you want it and things are done to your liking or the issues may not be corrected.
