I was disappointed to learn the owner allowed the manager, Lisa, to leave because she found a better position at Supercuts for more money. Lisa was my stylist for at least 5 years and was the best stylist there because she knew how to do a proper fade. I’ve tried all the other stylists there but they always left me with a «bowl cut», looking like «Forest Gump». Now I have to go to Supercuts on 620 in Round Rock because I don’t want a «jacked-​up» haircut from inexperienced stylists.
Hey Mr. Owner, you need to pay your experienced stylists a competitve wage so they will stay and teach the ones who can’t cut for sh*t !!!

Very disappointed with the wait time. There are two staff members and both are more interested in having conversations than taking care of clients. I would not visit this establishment again.

The place always rocks. I always try to get my hair cut by Hung-​Dan and the conversations are always very interesting.
On todays haircut, we talked about the yards and how to grow a good yard with less water.

I will never give you any business in the future and I will also strongly advise anyone not to visit this location. Not only is the service terrible (except for Rose), but the online check-​in is a joke. The website states «0 Minute Wait Time» for online check-​in so when I get to the location I am told not only are two people ahead of me online but another four people are waiting already. Zero minutes huh… I am not going to wait an hour for a second-​rate haircut. I am not impressed and I strongly advise against visiting this location. I guess I’ll try Sport Clips and see how bad they are… honestly though I will never give my money to this business again.

It’s a great place to go for a quick trim or your man’s hair cut. They are always super nice and the place is always clean. Only good things to say about them.

90% of the time I come here for myself and my 3 boys.
They meet our needs for standard haircuts. The stylists could be a but more friendly or engaging. Some times they have christian rock music on, which makes me want to die, it is torture. Luckily this only happens during long waits, which isn’t often. The last time I was here my stylist had bad breath, it was terrible, but this has only happened once in the years I have been going here.

It’s Sunday and a week before back to school. Hey manager, have you thought about getting a few more «cutters» behind the empty chairs so the line wouldn’t be as long? It takes less time for me to go to Round Rock, get my haircut and drive back.
