Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been using the Pflugerville location for almost a year now. The staff is very helpful in processing my rental car in and out. If you opt for a pickup from home, plan ahead to wait 20 – 30 minutes. Grabbing a ride back home is always within minutes of the car return. My experience here has been extremely pleasant.

Enterprise Pecan St in Pflugerville, TXwas the closest facility to me 6 yrs ago and I truly enjoyed the customer service there. I moved to another state, but upon my visit back to Round Rock, this was once again the Enterprise location for me. I had no problem renting and returning the car I chose and the staff were pleasant. The only downfall was the length of time waiting for a ride back to my residence.

This time of year I rent frequently and receive great service each time. I have witnessed countless interactions of staff with customers delivering great customer service.

This is my go-​to location to rent a car. The rental is always ready on time and clean, the staff is always friendly and they have a key drop box for after hour returns. I also needed a ride home the other day and they happily said yes. Definitely one of the best locations to rent a car.

I recently needed to be in San Antonio unexpectedly. I couldn’t take my car but didn’t have high hopes for finding a reasonable rate or car walking into Enterprise (or any car rental agency really) on the same day I needed to drive off. I was wrong. Kim (manager) was reassuring and said she would do what she could. Her staff was very busy as the weather was complicating the day. They came through for me and I can’t thank them enough.

I have used this location twice this year and they were always very friendly and accommodating. On my last rental they went out of their way to help me get my rental keys back to another location. This is now my go to location.

Great service! This location is close to my house and they usually get me in and out within 10 – 15 minutes. Always easy breezy! That’s what I like! The manager is always kind and helpful. Tariq gave me a ride home and was super pleasant and personable. Thank you to the Pflugerville Enterprise for always taking care of me!

Fast attentive attention. Quick checking in and out. Extremely good customer service. Received a free upgrade to a Toyota Camry, which was in excellent shape. Always have a great experience with this location!

This is a small Enterprise, they had a car shortage apparently from some Ford recall when I needed to get my loaner vehicle. They do not move quickly here that’s for sure, I was in the office for over an hour waiting for my vehicle. The customer service is very good though and I had my namesake help me out which is probably why it was so awesome!
They have to work with what they have, I might update my review when I return my car if it is less painful than getting the vehicle rented to begin with.

I rent from this location about every 3 months. I use a debit card, one cause I refuse to get myself into debt and two I have the money in my account to pay so I use it. I call and they tell me it is going to be over an hour for a pick up I don’t have an hour. Then I am informed they don’t have a vehicle for me. I made a reservation for the purpose of knowing that when I got there I would have a car. I then not one time have I ever gotten a vehicle that has a current oil change or is clean they are all nasty. I have also had flat tires in ever car. One cars motor blew on me. Just pure hell everytime I go in there and not once have they remembered to apply a discount for me being a USAA member. I also have AAA but it does not mater I have to ask but they see my bank card and my insurance.

Well, I’ve rented from this location on several occasions and there has always, without fail, been an angry customer due to their hidden policies and terrible customer service. Today, I had the luxury of being that angry customer. I had reserved a car for 2 days to drive to Houston. Not only did they give my car away due to a policy no one can show me in writing, they also cannot assist with finding another in the entire metro area. I have rented from enterprise for 8 years now through work, and I have never seen such flippant, insincere customer service. I will never rent from enterprise again.

I usually rent from Enterprise because of the great customer service. This visit was no exception. The clerk was friendly and explained the documents before we did the initial walk-​through together. They also gave me a free upgrade (I’m guessing they were out of compact cars) to an extremely cute car, a Hyundai Veloster. I had a good time trying the car out, although ultimately it was a bit disappointing. The car is one of those automatics that also has a sport mode where you can shift manually using switches on the steering wheel. I usually drive a stick, so I was interested to see how that worked. Unfortunately, despite the sporty look, the Veloster just didn’t have much get up and go. It was smoother to drive in sport mode, but in automatic mode it was extremely sluggish — I couldn’t accelerate quickly. Not sure if that was just the car or if it needed maintenance.
In any case, the rental process was easy (I booked online), and the rates were very inexpensive. I drove all over the hill country in style. Would definitely come back here.

I will agree the people here are nice but not very well organized, being nice only gets you so far. We had an appt with the body shop and Enterprise this morning; while finishing up with the body shop, Enterprise was called to let them know to come get us and someone else. After some time had passed, we were wondering what the hold up was and were told they picked up the other person and left! The body shop told them there were two customers and I guess for some reason they couldn’t count or bother with confirming with the body shop if anyone else needed a ride. Once here, there were no cars to rent, again we had a reservation to get a full size car. We’ve waited an hour and still no car, so I resort to sitting outside with my baby because she was getting tired, hungry and cranky and I was stuck.
After an hour, our compact Ford Focus came in, boy that thing is tiny. We barely had room for the stroller and not much else. So not only were we forgotten about, made to wait for longer than usual because they had no cars, we were downgraded to a smaller car. Oh joy, I wonder what else to expect…
Just be prepared that with Enterprise, you will most likely wait, be stuck in an inferior model that you were set up for. I don’t know what it is with this company, I always have problems with them. Be sure to always triple check your car for dents or scratches, they will charge you for damages if you miss something.
I think what pissed me off was being left, then waiting for a very long time and not even getting a car in the same class as I was set up for. Looks like they need more structure, organization, a system in place that is followed and more inventory.

The folks here were very nice. Picked me up from the body shop. Dropped me off. I even forgot something in the car and they turned around and dropped it back off at the body shop before I had left. Very pleasant folks here for sure.

If you go here, talk to Liana Herzig, the assistant branch manager. She is AWESOME. I had some troubles on a recent road trip where I rented a car. I had to switch cars 4 times and ended up with a car that got half the mileage of what I was expecting. Liana was super helpful, gave me an appropriate discount, and made me feel like my voice was heard. I have almost exclusively used Enterprise for years, but I’ve never had service this good before. If you need a rental car, this is the place.

Considering a good percentage of rental car users usually are the result of an accident, it’s kind of BS to just turn them down based on the shop the customer is using.
I called Enterprise, explained that I was using D-​Town Body Shop and was told they didn’t pick up from there. I asked if I could still rent a car if I could get a ride from the shop to the Enterprise location, as my husband is in the area that day. The Enterprise staff told me no, and explained that they had a policy against renting to D-​Town customers. I told her that that was weird because D-​Town specifically told me to call them prior to dropping my car off and wrote down their number on my paperwork and the woman started laughing at me. Seriously, just cackled away. OK, so how would you feel if you were in a wreck and you used a body shop you’ve used before, and you were stressed because of everything that goes into having a wreck and you get LAUGHED at when trying to discuss a situation and get turned down? She claimed it had something to do with the length of time it takes D-​Town to fix cars.
So I called USAA, the insurance of the guy that caused the wreck, and they told me they work through Enterprise and have NEVER heard of anything like this, so the representative 3-​way called Enterprise, who then told her NO Enterprise in the area would rent to me if I used the shop. Now, I can’t drop off my car at the scheduled time and have to wait until USAA investigates the matter and gives me a solution.
I am not going to a different shop and I will not be recommending Enterprise to friends or family, this is just ridiculous and the Enterprise personnel we spoke with were rude and totally unprofessional. I seriously hope they wreck and get turned down for a rental or get put through the ringer while stressed out over their damages. I have been in car wrecks before where the shop took longer or my car ended up being totaled and guess what? When that happens, the insurance company stops paying and the car gets returned when it’s supposed to. Wow. Such a novel concept.

Best rental car experience ever! We originally called to make our reservations using the 1−800# over the weekend, but the information that the 1 – 800 agent gave us did not seem right so I followed up by calling this location that Monday morning. The service that Jordan provided was stellar. She was personable, knowledgeable, and most of all extremely professional. I shared with her the details of our road trip and expressed to her my concerns and she reserved the best car for us based on that information. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle everyone was pleasant and extremely helpful, and we had the same experience when we returned it. This was the first of many road trips and we plan to definitely use them again. Well done Enterprise… well done!

When someone SIDE SWIPES your car while you’re driving it and THEN DRIVES OFF, it can make you hate humanity/​want to summon the next plague/​stop giving to charity/​kick puppies & babies — ahem it can make your outlook on life somewhat cynical for a moment.
Thankfully, the folks at this Enterprise made getting my car repaired less of a terrible, horrible, no good very bad ordeal. They picked me up at the auto body shop within 5 minutes of me dropping off my car & then immediately hooked me up with another vehicle within minutes. The guy that was helping me was super nice and went way out of his way to make sure I had my pick of the cars they had available (so nice!). No one tried to hard sell me on insurance etc.
My insurance paid for everything and Enterprise didn’t charge me any silly fees.
Faith in humanity = somewhat restored
Faith in Enterprise = 100% & would use again in a heartbeat!

Took way to long on check out. WAY Too Long… got a nice upgrade, Nice Car, Clean, Except for the window. Front and Back. only see that in the sun… Good Check out… May try the Airport for my next Rental due to how close it is.
