This review is long overdue. Shirley Byers was an absolute joy to work with! She went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. She contacted several places and gave me recommendations. She even scheduled a visit for me! The rates increased, but Shirley was able to lock in the initial, cheaper rate for me. She was very quick and effectively communicated all the updates with me. Thank you for everything, Shirley!

As good as it gets is an understatement! I have a «restricted» breed dog and a timetable of less than a week. Theresa Cox made magic happen! It was hassle-​free and now I get to live in Central Austin and have a yard for the pooch :)

Marita doesn’t B.S. around and is very honest about what you’re getting. She’s also super knowledgable about management companies and can tell you the pros and cons of them. She made me feel like we’d been friends for a long time right off the bat and was very comfortable around all the apartment complexes she showed me. You can tell she does her homework! I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided.

I worked with an locator named Barton Ives. I was hopeful about the experience, because he had worked with my friend and boyfriend previously and they had a good experience.
Unfortunately it has been very hard to get in touch with Barton. I understand that he is a busy locator, but as someone with customer service experience, I have been very surprised and disappointed that instead of actively communicating with his clients, he has made us do all the legwork. I contacted Barton last Thursday so we could look at apartments this Saturday. After playing phone and email tag, we worked out a time and he sent a list over. I called to follow up this morning, and he was still calling apartments to see if we could come look. By 11:30 am (well after our scheduled meet up time) I suggested we postpone til next Saturday, since I hadn’t received confirmation about looking at apartments. He never responded.
In addition to blowing off customers, the quality of the apartment leads seem pretty poor. The list of apartments sent over mainly consisted of apartments that had no photos, were well outside of the age frame we were considering, and were not the area of town we asked about. I got the impression that he didn’t listen to what I had specifically told him in my emails and voice mails about what we were looking for. If an apartment locator just can’t find us what we’re looking for, I will be much happier if they tell me that directly, rather than stop communicating with me and then tossing us sub-​par leads.
Afterwards I contacted another locator referred by a friend, and she followed up with me immediately and set up a concrete time and date to meet and look for apartments.
