PLEASETAKEYOURBUSINESSELSEWHERE! Barbara Humphrey took my group’s money back in February and until this day we haven’t received anything. All of our group members completed our measurements, then went to our 1st&2nd fittings. After that, we have not been called in for our final fittings. Well, one our group members received her supposed finished garments, she tried it on when she got home and it was botched up! We were supposed to take group pictures in March, but we haven’t received our garments. Then, we moved our date to April to take group photos and still haven’t received anything. Until this day, Wednesday, May 18, we have not even got a phone call or text to let us know that our outfits are ready. She continues to ignore or doesn’t even respond to our calls! She does not take responsibility of her actions. She continue to make excuses of the reasons we have not received our finished product. We are fed up and this has gone on too long. We want OURMONEYBACK!

Barbara Foreman does not keep her word! I am a member of the organization that she took $ 1200+ dollars from. I have been to her place for 3 fittings and always. always showed up when I said I would. To date none of us has received our product, nor has she called to let us know when she would finish. This is the most unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Beware take your business elsewhere.

****BUYER’S BEWARE**** Barbara Humphrey of Custom Fashions by Barbara took over $ 1,200 from our organization to make 17 uniforms in January of 2016. Today is May 17, 2016 and she has NOT delivered one uniform and the original agreement was to have the uniforms done in March 2016. She has made excuse after excuse after excuse about why she can’t deliver(from her sewing machines breaking, to not having enough staff, to being hospitalized for a few hours, to not having enough fabric, and the list goes on…). Unfortunately, none of those excuses have compelled her to finish the uniforms or provide us a refund. We’ve kept quiet long enough! But the buck stops here, since she believes now she can just ignore our texts, phone calls, FB inboxes, etc… Barbara Humphrey, it is ILLEGAL to be in business, require prepayment upfront for services, and never deliver on your agreements! We have proof of this agreement from you and you need to REFUNDOURMONEY! I’m also reading her responses to other of our organization’s posts(I.e. Tasha M.). Classic, throwing the blame on someone else(not taking accountability). Yes she did supply a list and I did what she asked me to do. Unfortunately, when members arrived for fittings they either didn’t have anything ready for them to try on and had to come back or wait over an hour. So, Barbara then suggested that she be the person to contact them when she has their uniforms ready. Unfortunately, we are still waiting on that call or text!!!

Not delivering on a product, and then blaming a customer and their body type is what you’ll get from this place instead of owning up to their lack of skills and inability to deliver on the product promised. Body shaming is pretty horrible, unprofessional, and downright mean spirited. I do not recommend this place.

I called Barabra the night before to set an appointment for the following evening. I told her I would be there after 6:30. I had to drop my son off at practice. I got there at 6:40 and she had«just left» Her husband answered the door. he told me she had just left and I could call her. He remembered that I called last night and scheduled a appointment. I didn’t call her, I figured she was not to interested in my business. She stood me up! UGH!
