I run a small property management company, just under 90 units. We have been relying on Clark Service Company on a majority of our jobs for close to 10 years. They’ve always been very professional, reliable, charge a very fair price and very quick to respond. Almost all of our service calls are handled the same day, only on very rare occasions are they not; and for those it was taken care of the very next day. I would recommend David and his crew wholeheartedly. They can do small repairs to whole install of systems. They advise us on best solutions for each job accordingly. They don’t try to sell you a whole new system install indiscriminately but instead suggest solutions balancing cost effectiveness and long term prognosis.

Our A/​C went out at 4am, everyone’s biggest nightmare in the summer. Based upon a friend’s recommendation (he’s used Dave for well over a decade), my husband called at 7am to see if he might be able to come take a look. Not only was he able to come out, he was here by 8am.
We got lucky and it was a simple fix, but Dave showed my husband a few things we could do to keep things running smoothly. He was honest and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone.
