Avoid using this company if you do not want to be charged full price even if you cancel 24 hours in advance. They told us they would refund the charge of $ 491.52 they charged our credit card for 48 hours prior to the date of service. I called them after not seeing a credit after 3 weeks of waiting. The owner told me he only agreed to give us a credit on future bookings. I would not use this company if they were the only limo service available in Austin!

We waited for the driver in the heat for 15 minutes while he went to eat at Subway. He picked us up and proceeded to eat his food while he was driving us around. After receiving my credit card statement, they overcharged us $ 92.00. I WOULD NOT recommend this business as they are dishonest and VERY unprofessional…
