Not a terrible experience… Which doesn’t typically happen at a Walmart. This one is easily one of the cleaner Walmart’s in the area, and is kept up pretty well, maybe cause it is not a supercenter, But either way it’s not your typical Walmart.

Judging by employee attitude and actions, Delafield Walmart must not provide ANY customer care training. Employees are rude, self-​concerned, apathetic and most concerned with employee comaraderie rather than assisting customers. These individuals are not worth even low wages. I often go to Target just to avoid the, «Delafield Walmart experience».

As far as Walmarts go, this one is pretty clean and the employees are generally above troglodyte intelligence. Still not saying much, but if I had to go to a Walmart I’d pick this one. I gave it an extra star after overhearing this conversation:
Old lady: (picks up a Star Wars toy) What is this toy called?
Employee: An X-​Wing fighter.
Lady: X-​Wing fighter?
Employee: (Makes eye contact with me) X-​Wang fighter.
Lady: X-​Wang?
Employee: (Satisfied that he made an old lady say ‘wang’) No, X-​Wing.
Lady: X-​Wing. Thanks!
Employee and I share a look.
