I end up here way more than I wish because it is convenient to my worksite and they often have things I need on a last minute basis. I came here for printer ink and found it higher than elsewhere, then when one of the sales associates saw me pause by it he asked if I needed help and I just mentioned the price was kind of high. «Well, where did you see it cheaper? Maybe we can price match.» After consulting with a manager, they were able to honor prices of elsewhere, but it was a waste of 10 minutes as they made the decision and figured out how to enter it in the computer. Also, while it is nice that they have a print center and shipping area… they are really slow, and I think part of it is that they have employees on headsets talking to one another and interrupting each other, and when a job is looking long they will pause to help a customer with a smaller one. Also, I work for a tax exempt organization and this place has totally screwed up tax exempt purchases… not the most careful employees. All that said, you can find what you need, they have a large selection of office goods, but it can take time to get through.
