Holiday Inn Pewaukee-Milwaukee West

This is one the Best Holiday Inns that I have ever stayed in. I travel a lot for my work and I generally stay at Holiday Inn or HI Express. This hotel is very clean. From the moment I checked in, the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager, Adam, was very accommodating. He made sure we had a great experience during our stay. I will definitely come back here again and refer this hotel to all my family and friends.

Holiday Inn corporate would be pleased with this hotel. As soon as you walk in to the hotel, the lobby is warm, welcoming and the staff is quick to greet you. The color through out the hotel follows this as well. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower was a walk in with dual heads which was a bonus. The entire staff was pleasant and seemed genuinely happy and eager to assist if you needed it. I did not go in the pool, but it was heated, indoor and had a basketball hoop for the kids.
The Thunder Bay restaurant is essentially connected and was delicious. Definitely plan on eating there or ordering in with their room service.
Definitely recommend this over the Holiday Inn near the airport in Milwaukee.

I don’t have status anymore with IHG and haven’t stayed at too many Holiday Inns in a while. This one is a corporate recommended hotel with a special rate. I was pleasantly surprised. I usually stay at the Marriott Milwaukee West, but our corporate rate wasn’t available. As a Platinum Marriott and Diamond Hilton, I would have taken either of those chains first, but now glad I didn’t. It was nice having Thunder Bay next door. The hotel rooms featured a full size walk-​in shower with shower heads on opposite sides. That was pretty cool. The exercise room was OK. Not your best equipment. It was open 24 hrs.

It’s been awhile since I had anything good to say about a hotel. This Holiday Inn is the exception. I would like to see other Holiday Inns learn from this location.
Staff: Awesome
Food and atmosphere at adjoining Thunder Bay restaurant: excellent!
Rooms with comfortable beds and oversized pillows (wish all hotels had these pillows): excellent.
Bose radios and large flat screen tv: excellent.
The pool with hot tub is awesome as is the physical fitness room.
The oversized showers (7×3.5) with dual shower heads: excellent.
The atmosphere of the hotel lobby are is relaxing and designed with a warm woodsy feeling. Plenty of room for comfortable sitting along with a bar area.
What more can I say. Good job Holiday Inn. Now make this hotel an example for other Holiday Inns to follow!!!

Beautiful and comfortable. This might be one of the greatest hotels I have staying in. It was clean and without weird smells. The staff were really nice. The Thunder Bay grill lets u bring back your drinks into the hotel. The lobby is really nice and cozy. The pool has basket ball nets in the pool! The only bad things were that the room we stayed in didn’t have a fridge and the bar closed really early. I would recommend this to anyone and would def stay there again.

I finished as a gold with Marriott and Diamond with Hilton last year. I’ve been staying at more and more of the Holiday Inn brands and have been pleasantly surprised by how well they blend an offering of services and amenities at such a competitive price point.
This location, though difficult to get to populate on a map is a prime example. I’m happy I stayed here.
