Don’t know why we keep coming back. The service in this place keeps going downhill. Unfortunately Applebee’s nearby is not better. We got sat and waited 5 minutes. Then went to find someone to get Ilya a server. Funny thing is that about 3 of them were milling about. Only Deanna seemed to be working. Burgers are so-so, wings are good. Unfortunately there are not many sports bar type options in the Pewaukee/Sussex area to take the kids to. Tip to the management: have your servers hang around by the customers not buried in the corner of the kitchen.

Hello fellow Unilocalers, this review is for the bww on capital drive. So I come herenprolly once every few weeks and each time the staff is friendly. And the food is hot. Some times there is a moderate wait but understandable as some times we come during the dinner rush. I always order a large and split it with the gf she likes the honey bbq and I like the medium. With a order of cheese curds. Yummy. But I have never had any problems with this location. It’s very consistent in terms of food and friendliness if you know what times to come in it can be the best experience if not your going to be mad and upset because you’re not a patient person. But the cleanness of the bathrooms and general area are kept up and the people that clean the tables normally do a good job if not just request them to clean it that simple. 5 stars for doing what they do best.

So disappointed. We walked in yesterday, 5⁄19 around 6pm. We asked for a booth and were told there would be a one minute wait. Fine. However, that was a lie. We waited nearly 15 min for a booth while the blonde hostess sat around giggling with her friends. She was even commenting on how«hot» a customer was that just walked in… So rude. She didn’t find someone to clean the table until I stood up and looked at her like she was crazy. Strike 1. She then puts us at a booth, finally! We sit down and get a waiter named Scott. Scott was nice and he meant well. He brought us our drinks fairly quickly. We ordered wings and a salad. After waiting for what seemed like forever for the salad, we realize we didn’t have any utensils. Strike 2. Eventually, the wings came. Cold. Strike 3. Honestly this place is NOT worth your time. The people are rude and it is overall uninviting. 1 star.

I know it’s a chain, but this place stands out among the other BW3’s, in my opinion. The atmosphere is fun but it’s the waitstaff that really sets the place apart. Really really good service! I come here a lot, because I’m on a low-carb diet and I can eat yummy chicken wings. It’s a great experience.

Been to this location many times and tonight was bad. We were sat ahead of others that were waiting longer only to find out they buzzed the wrong group. We were asked to get back up and wait longer. Really? The walk of shame back to the waiting area even though there was a table that would have fit our 6 unused– dirty but unused. Once sat, we used this same table now that it was cleaned. Apps and drinks came reasonably quick but we waited way too long for our dinners. One burger was ordered ‘well done’ and came out rare. The manager was nice enough to take a few things off the bill but one person went home hungry as we didn’t want to wait for another burger. Not sure what has happened here but they need to fix their service or we’ll be finding another BW3s to eat at.

Absolutely horrible service. Hostess was rude and we seem to be a bother to her. Asked for a booth. She said there was none available. Asked about one of the open ones and she said it was dirty. We told her we would wait for it to be cleaned. She huffed and cleaned one.(why aren’t they cleaned when the customer leaves). Once she cleaned it another person sat us there. He said someone would be right over. Nobody came. We left. Nobody said a word. We are now at the one on Bluemound in Brookfield. They are awesome! Drive past the Pewaukee store and come here. It’s worth it and obviously the Pewaukee store doesn’t need the money!

Have come here for years, but this was by far the worst service we have received ever, Austin was an atrocious waiter, and the«captain» did nothing but talk with her friends all night, the silver ware and glasses were dirty and food was cold by the time we got it, waiter disappeared for long periods of time

BEWARE! Watch your credit card statement. Visited this location on a Friday and noticed on Sunday that they took an extra tip. Called immediately and still a full week after the overcharge I am waiting for my refund. OBSERVATION: Good at overcharging, good at timely processing credit, bad at refunding their«mistake»!!!

First — it’s a BWW, so those of you expecting something else should just stop now. Within the chains this is one of the better ones. Clean, food comes out correctly, wings aren’t overcooked, service is competent, and at times good. Like all of them ample TVs, sports, pay per views, and trivia are a staple. Has the bar sunk that low for BWs? Well I think it has and breaking the mold here makes me happy as I enjoy a crappy buffalo wing and some sports with friends now and again and this place covers that desire.

Our party of 8 had excellent service. When they burned my mother-in-law’s entrée, the manager personally came out to apologize and tell her that her meal would be on the house. I had a really good black cherry cocktail. Vegetarians are pretty much limited to the build-your-own black bean burger. Which is fine. I guess. My black bean patty was overcooked. I’ve definitely had better. But it’s something for us.

Lousy service with food as expected. Our family stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday evening and the restaurant and bar were both at capacity. Understandable because there was a Packers football game about to start. It appears the management didn’t plan ahead for an NFL schedule as they were extremely short staffed. Here’s a quick outline of our experience: Sit down and order drinks. 10 minutes later drinks arrive and food order places. 40 minutes into waiting on the food order I asked for a manager to explain that no one had checked back with us since the food order and we had no idea what was going on. Waitress then stops by and gets the family drink refills except she never asked if I wanted another beer. Food delivered another 10 minutes later(50 min total wait). The waitress didn’t stop back to check on us until everyone was done eating and we were waiting on the check. We weren’t the only people in this situation either — everyone seemed to be getting the same lousy service. The only reason I didn’t give a one star review is that the food(once it finally arrived) was of good quality. Even with decent quality food, we won’t be back.

Yikes! Even after the nice remodel, I will stick to the Brookfield location. We wanted to go here because it is local, what a mistake. Trying to get a seat or check in and the Manager comes up to the hostess ignores us completely and proceeds to discuss with her about closing the patio(that couldn’t wait?) No, «excuse me folks» or even acknowledging our existence. Very Rude. Then we ask if it’s ok to sit in bar area, great found seat. Took too long to be assisted but we had a person in training so we’ll give that a pass. Whoops I forgot my Drivers License and I wanted a drink(I’m 37 so my husband orders a drink) same manager comes over and condescendingly explains they don’t serve without a valid ID(I had my passport ID on the table waiting to show the waitresses). The two girls waiting on us saw me pull up the Unilocal ap and this isn’t directed at them. It’s the rude manager.

Son and grandson are wing fans so met them for a meal. I had the blackened blue cheese burger. Very good and would have it again. Very slow night there but good friendly fast service. My guys love their boneless wings and all the dipping sauces. Also had fried pickle slices. I resisted them but once I tried them and some blue cheese dip, I was hooked. I’ll try them again. My French fries were great. Best I’ve had for some time.

My boys commented that almost every sport imaginable were represented on the substantial number of T.V.‘s BWW has. Something for everyone to watch while enjoying their delectable offerings. The other night, we ordered the trio of cheeseburger slammers as an appetizer and shared them amongst the three of us. A perfect treat as we were waiting for our double order of wings to take to a party. The staff at this Pewaukee location are always attentive and super friendly.

I wish Gluten Free meant Gluten Free!!! The careless and incompetent waitress told me that my food was gluten free. However, within minutes of finishing my salad knew it wasnt! There are people that HAVE to eat gluten free, and arent just trying to be cool or trendy! I refuse to ever eat at another BW’s again! Please stop saying you offer gluten free entrees when you do nothing different in the kitchen to prepare it that way! Oh, and my 9 year step son got sick too within hours of returning home. Nothing to do with Gluten. He had food poisoning and threw up for 15 hours straight! Good job on keeping prep areas clean! Pathetic!

tl;dr Special lunch prices, great appetizers, good beer selection, kid friendly. Of course we all love to eat local, but there are certain times in life where a chain restaurant works just fine. Lunch with coworkers is one of those perfect times, and Buffalo Wild Wings(BDubs) does lunch right. From 11 — 2 there are six menu options starting at just $ 5.99, with a punchcard program for $ 5 off and double punches on Mondays. If you can’t make it for lunch, there are other deals, such as 45 cent wings on Tuesdays, and 60 cent boneless wings on Thursdays. The beer selection includes a wide range of domestics,(local) micros, and imports. The menu consists of wraps, salads, burgers, ribs and of course wings. My favorites include the deep fried pickles(I order them every time) and their nachos(which have the perfect gooey cheese). And, for those with kids, BDubs is extremely kid friendly, with eight items on the kids menu, coloring sheets and crayons, and a game-filled tablet option.

I know this place is a chain and don’t have the best wings in the world butttt I love the wings here. They are the same every time I eat here. Love the Hot BBQ sauce on my wings. The dinning area is open and loud but you can see 10 TVs and every local sports that is on at the time. Service is good and the food is served hot. Servers are friendly and attentive with refills waiting in the wings. What more could you ask for.

Good location, the layout itself is really open which i’m not the biggest fan of as this location seems pretty loud. Service has always been fast and friendly food is on par with the other BW3’s in the area.

I wish Unilocal had ½ stars because I would give Buffual Wild Wings 3.5 stars. They are good, but not great. They have tons of TVs for sports, but the dining room is so open you feel like you are in a school cafeteria. For Food I generally get mild wings along with buffalo chips with cheese. The wings are ok, however, sometimes they are not too meaty — seems like a lot of breading sometimes. The buffalo chips with cheese are very good for a side or an appetizer.

In the expansive, suburban wasteland of paved parking lots sits many mediocre chain restaurants such as Applebees, Noodles, Panera Bread and, of course, Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s 10:30pm– I mean where can you go when you are in the western suburbs of Milwaukee? We thought we knew what we were getting into as we have been to other BWW before. Not so. We ordered an appetizer platter and a order of wings + beers to wash ‘em down. The wings were overcooked, or cooked 5 hours previously only to sit underneath the searing warmth of the heat-lamp until they were served to me. I will give it to them, their hottest, hot wings are pretty hot for a chain restaurant, but when the meat is nearly inedible its not even a consolation for the restaurant. We did enjoy the jalapeño poppers, however, the cheese sauce still had the«skin» on it. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant that made cheese soup or any cheese based liquid knows what the«skin» is. Serving that shit to customers means you weren’t paying attention and don’t care. On the plus side, huge seasonal beers for only $ 6.50 is a major reason to go here for game day, get plastered, hop in a car and get a DUI on the way home. Suburbia, shake my head.
