Very very poor customer service. Locally and nationally. They know they are the only game in town. I am disabled and unfortunately watch quite a bit of television. I get paid monthly and they will never give me an extra few days to get to payday. Customer loyalty is rewarded with increased fees. Have fun with them.

«Up to 60 mbps» means you’ll get 1.5−2 mbps inconsistently. Currently looking for other options. Not worth the money. Would rate zero if I could.
