Total tool. Went for a filling for two teeth. Both fillings were set to high and resulted in substantial discomfort in my mouth and future issues with my teeth. From the ex-rays I couldn’t ascertain what exactly was wrong with either of the teeth. The dental hygienist and dentist had a very uncomfortable private whispering conversation in the same room as me about the ‘cavities’ and never really filled me in on anything other than saying ‘you have two cavities’. Voiced my displeasure with regards to the situation to which I received a bill for services rendered, which I refused to pay because of the experiences described. My complaint was ignored and I was never contacted regarding the issues I had, instead the bill was sent to a collection agency. Saw a similar story on 60-minutes of unnecessary procedures for patients that are botched and as an ultimate insult have to deal with a collection agency regarding the bill that they should have to pay.
