Dunkin’ Donuts

They charged me for a small cup of ice water without even telling me. I purchased a large iced coffee (which was terrible by the way) and asked the girl working if I could have a tap water for my daughter. She said yes but that she had to put it in a small paper cup, which was fine with me, but she never mentioned charging for it $ 0.25+tax. I looked at my receipt and saw a charge for a munchkin and put it all together. She said oh yeah sorry. I would’ve asked for a refund if my 2 year old wasn’t with me. I mean they have a sunk in the bathroom and I had a cup of my own. What makes me so angry is that they are such a greedy, irresponsible company in the first place. They definitely lost me as a customer today, for good!

I know what to expect at a Dunkin Donuts located within a gas station. For that matter, I give it 3 stars. I must say, however, that teenage workers need to be managed and supervised. The last time I was in here, no one seemed to be in charge and the counter staff was way more interested in socializing among themselves and friends who came in.
