Somewhat mediocre. …if your belly is sayin feed me. And your stuck in the Kenilworth mall of madness. And you think your genetic gene saids your from the east coast and u need a Philly cheese steak. We I guess u better fit it hard and chock down this sado. The bellpeppers /peppers were way to much. But who in the hell am i… I’m not from BF east coast Philly town. So…hit it like a bat on a ball…

Been in 10 – 15 times since and haven’t been disappointed. Still the best cheese steak you can get anywhere around here and it’s nice its consistently good!

Ever been to Philadelphia and tasted a REAL philly cheese steak? Apparently these people have not or they wouldn’t embarrass themselves by trying to imitate a well known product. Received a coupon for this very out-of-the-way shop buried in a new shopping center in Petaluma. The ‘BOGO’ was buy one get one free. The sandwiches consisted of some tasteless meat, with a hint of cheese somewhere, along with onions(?) and sweet peppers. The best part… the peppers. Way too much white bread. Will not waste money going back.

Overpriced and poor quality. We had a couple of sandwiches that were all bread and a little bit of dry meat. That kind of fast food should be $ 10, not $ 30. The only question is why are they still in business?

Five stars for quality! The sandwiches are AMAZING. Unfortunately, service gets 1 star(if that). Despite it being totally empty — like DEAD, employees just standing there playing on their phones – on a Tuesday night, they managed to get my sandwich wrong, which of course I didn’t realize til I got home. No coupon, refund, or even apology was given, even though I had to drive all the way back, my fries got cold, and my husband had to eat without me. My sandwich was wrong the second time around too, but it was just a smaller version of what I ordered, so I just gave up. Learn from my mistakes: good food, but check your order before you leave.

My husband and I have been to the Cheese Steak Shop in many towns and many times. Over the last year this location has gone completely down hill. This time was by far the WORST!!! We ordered a 15″ king of Philly and it was not edible. The bread was stale the meat was cold and the cheese was not even melted. The 5 girls that were working there appear to be sharing the same brain. They can’t take an order properly can’t spell a simple name«Angie» and definitely can’t make food. We couldn’t even eat the sandwich which was $ 20. My husband went to the counter and asked for a refund and was told no because he ate the sandwich. It had 2 bites out of it! The female behind the counter reluctantly did give us a refund and claimed she is the owner. Oh boy. She didn’t look like a Becky to me. We will NEVER go back.

I think they put crack or something in these sandwiches. I am totally addicted to these things. The food here is super constant and the resturaunt is also clean with emoyees that seem to care about their jobs. This is a must try.

OK so it took me 2 trips to figure out how to order. I like a cheese steak with extra cheese, onions, and mushrooms, and sometimes the French Dip, and it is really good. But the peppers here tasted strange — they are pickled or some weird s&*#? So I now leave them off. My companion ordered the chicken strip nugget things and they are really good! He also like the curly fries but I love my cheese steak with cheese/onions/mushrooms. The place is a little small but clean.

My husband brought me here for dinner, since I’ve never had cheese steak sandwiches before. My husband said he liked his sandwich, but I was not a fan of mine. My sandwich was soggy and bland. They weren’t really busy, but it still took over 20 min to get our sandwiches.

Surprisingly solid and worthy of the name Philly. Just ate there this afternoon — get the King of Philly with all the goods and richness. If you are going to scratch that itch, dont go halfway. I used to travel to Philadelphia a lot for work, and this is better than half the many places i have tried there in the actual city of brotherly«whatchoo lookin at»!

Employment just moved to Petaluma and we had to look for a place for Cheesesteak sandwiches. This place was the closest and had to try it out. Being new in the area, it took a while to find the shop. It is located in the lot with Dick’s Sporting Goods. When you see Target, keep driving to the back. Now for the shop. The workers were friendly. We ordered 2 — 7″ Classic with everything in it and a large curly fries. The order took about 7 – 8 min. The food was good. Sandwiches may look like it’s over flowing with meat but the bread is not fully stuffed with the meat. The sandwiches we got was only filled in half way into the bread. Overall, it was ok. I would still come back for another sandwich. Sandwiches were worth the price.

Went in last night at 20 minutes to closing. Sign on the door said open until nine, as I walked in, woman was putting chairs up on the tables .I could see a man behind the counter was cleaning the grill. There was a couple in front of me waiting to be helped. They turned and walked out after a few minutes. As the customer passed me I said leaving? And that’s when the customers said yeah no one would say anything to us. I couldn’t believe it, I walked up to the counter and no one would look at me –it was obvious I wasn’t welcome so I turned and walked out behind the couple who left as well. I heard a «snap» of a door locking I look back and see the women smile and wave as I get in my car. Unbelievable! It was 8:45. So much for customer service these days.

I have been to some of the famous cheesesteaks in Phiily. These are as good as most of those. Just order the King of Philly. The only thing is that I prefer Cheese Whiz on. Cheesesteak but most places in philly use cheese. Very good but I would be sure to get the king of philly sandwich.

The establishment is very clean and they have authentic Philly memorabilia on the walls. The bread is crisp and the meat is scrumptious. There is also a frequent buyer card that will get you a free sandwich after you buy 10. Nice choices on the menu even for picky eaters.

I had the chicken, spinach, onions and mushroom. My husband had steak, onions and peppers. They were both very good but his sandwich was a little skimpy on the steak so for that were only giving them a four. They could work on there customer service the guy working the register was a little cold and rude!

4.5-star average for a cheesesteak shop? Color me suspicious. Well in the immortal words of Gomer Pyle, surprise surprise surprise. Know how you go into a quick-service place and once in a while, just every so often, you discover that the people making the food actually CARE? Like, they pay attention to the details? It isn’t three untrained, disinterested teens punching the clock and leaving a mess? Here the bread’s fresh and gently toasted, meat isn’t gristly or overly salted — I was watching this b/c of someone’s earlier review — or burned, cheese is melted, plate even looks okay. Place was clean. These guys(teens maybe even) actually cared. I failed to notice it if they offer the authentic Philly option for«cheese».(Any Philly people out there know what I’m talking about? Whiz.) Which I wouldn’t order anyway because that’s gross, regardless of authenticity. Anyway, good cheesesteak, decent price, clean shop, kitchen looked well-tended, staff cared.

Yummy chicken pepper mushroom cheesesteak sandwich with curly fries. I don’t know how often I can come to eat here but will recommend it. They offer lots of choices and the sandwiches are big(I could have split the smaller size with my sis). They also have stamp cards so be sure to ask for one if you think you will be a regular. Also, there are only 4 tables inside so it can get cramped and a bit loud in here, but there are benches outside or you can take it to go.
