Steve provided outstanding service and helped us sell our condo in Rohnert Park quickly. Living out of state, we needed assistance locally to help with re-​staining the deck, cleaning the backyard and other maintenance items. Steve was a great help and we closed the sale easily.

Steve was wonderful. He has a tons of experience, is extremely responsive and reliable and we had a pleasant experience buying our second home from him. He worked around the clock and took care to take our needs into consideration when looking for homes to show us. He went out of his way to be available — whether it was getting on the phone late at night to answer our questions or making time to visit potential properties on short notice.
Once we put an offer on a property, Steve worked to make sure we got the best price possible. He also does everything electronically, which makes it easy to review and sign the paperwork.
