One of the better Starbucks I’ve been to.
These are the factors I take into consideration across all Starbucks:
Close to perfectly clean and crisp floor and tables: 5 stars
Clean layout and visually understandable arrangement of tables across the floor: 5 stars
Barista’s smiles: 4.5 (Guy with glasses and bow tie– Love the look. Smile more girls!)
Level of air conditioning: 4 stars (lower AC than all the Starbucks I’ve been to so far; though it got a bit colder at night)
Every Starbucks I’ve been to feels like another chapter of Frozen. I pack my sweater as if I’m going camping. Why so cold?

My favorite Starbucks location hands down. The drinks are always made well and in a timely manner. While it is obviously a chain, the baristas do a great job of learning people’s names and trying to make it feel like the cozy neighborhood coffee joint. I love that I can bring a book and get work done. The biggest problem is that it’s near a junior high so every week day at 2:30 avoid it like the plague because it’s the after school hang out spot.

Staff badly needs training in customer service and communication. I don’t typically go to this Starbucks anymore because of the staff, but it is convenient to where I get a pedicure. Continually slow and borderline rude. Tip to management — teaching your staff to greet with a hello and end with a thank you would go a long way.
Kicker this morning (it was steady but not busy) — somehow the raspberry scone I ordered turned into a cranberry scone with «cranberries and some other stuff, don’t know why it says raspberry». Nice.
Food and coffee is your typical Starbucks fare.

I’m a fan of supporting local business but let’s face it, Starbucks makes yummy addictive drinks. This one in particular with exceptional customer service. When I come here with my mom they all know her by name. Maybe she comes here too much? Nah… Just good employees. They always seem happy and always do a good job.

What a lovely place! Polite, professional staff and quiet, comfortable environment. I am sitting here reading peacefully with lots of space between me and my fellow coffee sippers. Five stars.

I’ve never met such a jerk at Starbucks until this one. I’m just so familiar with a courteous staff in every location I’ve been whether it’s out of town or local. Went in there at about 10 am so they weren’t busy at all. There was one other person. The gentleman at cashier was very cordial but I don’t know what crawled up the baristas you know what. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich and got those in a timely manner. I mean I don’t expect my sandwich served on a silver platter but I didn’t expect to have my sandwich tossed like a frisbee onto the counter. I get better service at mcdonalds! I thanked her anyway as she ignored me and walked away because she’s so deep in conversation with her co worker. Walked out of there feeling like a third class citizen. Going to peets coffee next time. Staff is way more respectful there.

I have been attending this Starbucks for over a year now as a College student and I am always impressed with the service. The staff are always a joy to converse with and will help me with any problems that I might have with my order. Seating is a bit of a fight depending on the rush, but its manageable on even the busiest of days. Its affordable for even the most broke student if you study the menu. Service has always been quick and reliable for my friends and I even during a rush, and they are always well staffed.

Friendly staff working here, really easy to strike up a conversation. Their service has always been good for me. If I don’t know what I want they’d help me figure it out. And if the drink isn’t made to my liking I can tell them and they would offer to redo it (though this hasn’t been the case so far, have been coming here regularly for a little over and haven’t had a drink I wasn’t happy with). Really close to srjc Petaluma campus so I have some place to go during my long breaks and do homework or meet up with friends. The only real problems I have are these; seating can be hard to get during the rush (and there’s a few patrons who seem to be there all day at the same table. I can come here after class, head back to school, then back to Starbucks after and there would be those customers still sitting there) and it’s kinda expensive for a starving college student to afford.

This Starbucks suffers form a lack of consistency and very curious customer service standards.
The employees are more interested in each other than taking care of the long line in front of them. The drinks are often not made correctly, and they sometimes forget to give you the food you paid for.
They seem well staffed, but they have misfires when it comes to getting the whole experience correct.
The staff is in general pleasant, but has serious lapses of customer service logic when things get busy.
I can think of better ways to spend my coffee dollars in town.
