What a great place! I have been going to Donna for a while now and she is the best! Love all the peels and the explanations that go with them. Donna is very professional as well as personable — Some people love their mani-pedi’s — Donna’s facial peels are my «treats» for myself. She has great deals and doesn’t recommend products that you don’t need. Will be her client for a long time to come:)

I bought a Groupon certificate for this spa and have had nothing but a bad experience. and I haven’t even been able to make an appt yet! They didn’t return my call until a week after I left two messages, and then they said to book online because they were booked three weeks out. I couldn’t find an available appt on-​line and tried to call them back, but then their number was out of service. I tried several days later, and the number was still no good. I am now seeking a refund from Groupon. Total scam. and…or just completely unprofessional…

I had my first chemical peel with Donna a few weeks ago. At first glance, I was a little confused because her treatment room is a separate room within a chiropractor’s office. However, upon meeting Donna in person, I felt instantly relaxed! She was extremely professional in explaining the treatment, her products and expected results. So far, I’m super satisfied and am looking forward to my next appointment.

I’ve had three peels with Donna now and I love the way my skin looks and feels. As a nurse, she is able to use more effective products in her treatments and is very knowledgeable about skin. During each session I felt relaxed, comfortable and well cared for. I appreciated her in depth explanations of each step and how the products work. Donna is very professional, kind, and welcoming. I enjoyed my time with her and the results I’ve experienced. I will definitely be back and will continue recommending her to others.

IF I COULD GIVE 6 STARS I WOULD! How can people say this is a scam when there are other reviewers who have had the procedures and have posted positive reviews? …Ignorant… Chemical peels work! I have tried many skin clearing products/​procedures including microdermabrasions, and chemical peels have worked the best with clearing, cleaning, and rejuvenating my skin. I first started off purchasing 3 chemical peels on Groupon, and have bought an additional 3 chemical peels up to this point. I am now a member of the chemical peel where I save $ 15 on each chemical peel with a 6 month commitment, and couldn’t be happier. Donna is not only professional, she is kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. She picks out a custom chemical peel that will best suit your desired outcome and walks you through the whole process. Each appointment you can try a different chemical peel, giving you a very customizable approach. Whether you want to clear scarring, lighten age spots/​lines, or just resurface your skin, Donna has a chemical peel that will do just that. People like to get on Unilocal and bad mouth people because it’s easy to sit behind a computer and type out their every day frustrations. Most of the time the only reviews they post are negative ones, so don’t read too much into them. My experience with Donna has been as good as it gets. Customer service is one of my top determining factors on who I give my business to. That being said, I have been seeing Donna for over 6 months now, and look to continue seeing her for many more to come.

I moved to Petaluma from San Francisco last year and have been searching for a great skin specialist. Well, I also purchased the Groupon certificate and have had NO luck booking an appointment. I was starting to think this place was a SCAM. I booked an appointment with Donna weeks before Christmas, when no one called to confirm my appointment I started to wonder, hmmm. They then called back saying Donna was sick. I know that’s not true because my friend had an appointment the same day. NOTE to self… if you advertise on GROUPON you should know that you’re going to get bombarded with business, isn’t that the goal? And second note to self, don’t lie to your customers. I hardly trust them with a chemical peel at this point. BIG FLAKES… don’t trust them. Still waiting for them to call me back for an appointment, ha-​ha, I’m sure getting a refund is going to be just as painful. he one star is so I can post this revue, otherwise it would be ZERO!

I found Skinetics Rx on Unilocal and am so grateful! Donna is really amazing and has a medical/​nursing background, so she’s great for ANY skin issue. She uses mostly Skinceuticals products which are very high end and worth every penny. I can’t wait to go back and get one of her custom peels. Her prices are very reasonable considering all of these factors. RUN don’t walk…

I purchased a Groupon deal for Skinetics Rx and wish I would have done the three treatments instead of one. (darn!)
Donna is knowledgeable, explains the process in detail as well as makes you feel very comfortable. I was not sure what to expect after I saw photos all over internet from peels I started to get concerned. She completely put my mind at ease and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed!

I bought a Groupon for 3 chemical peels and having never had a chemical peel I wasn’t sure what to expect. Donna is very knowledgeable and she has a calm soothing manner that puts you at ease. She doesn’t decide the best course of treatment on her own, she involves you so you feel like you have a say, there’s been a dialog about your goals, and the best choice has been decided together.
I’ve now completed my 3^rd peel and will definitely be back, having read independently that 6 is the idea number for maximum results.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with my experience with Donna Davis at Skinetics that I must share. I have suffered from terrible acne in adolescence (went through two regimens of Accutane) and now in adulthood it spread to my back and chest. I could never wear tank tops, and was extremely self conscious in a bikini — but Donna is a miracle worker. I am about half way through my treatment and the change is unbelievable. I feel like a new person. Truly unbelievable. If you suffer from severe acne, please, please give the Dadashie system a try.

Suffering from adult mild acne and rosacea, I headed into my appointment with trepidation. I just didn’t need to irritate my skin and have more flare-​ups. Donna consulted with me and was mindful of my situation. I am not really sure what facial I ended up having, but afterwards, there was a noticeable difference. Basically, she took off the top layer of the skin, and the underneath was glowing skin with/​out red marks. We took before/​after pictures, because the difference was clearly noticeable.
The next day when I went to put on my make-​up, I never felt anything like that! Ever! My make-​up went on so smooth, and I was so happy.
5 stars all around. I highly recommend Donna.
