Our realtor recommended Sebastian and we’re so glad she did. We had him come for two jobs: to install a custom-​made light fixture and to get our new LED cans to dim properly. He was expert in both areas — his work is clean (he didn’t leave gashes in the walls like another electrician who’d worked on our house), and he’s easygoing and very professional, he came right on time.
The custom light fixture was made by a craftswoman who’s much more interested in artistry than electronics. But Sebastian got us what we need (transformers?) and was able to install the light fixture flush against the ceiling. The fixture is copper color but the screws that came with it were silver — Sebastian fixed that by using a permanent marker to get just the right color on the screws and now they blend into the piece — such a simple but elegant solution.
For the LEDs, we had a dimmer that was causing the lights to flicker, but Sebastian got us the right dimmers and we’ve had no trouble since. His prices are very fair; he did a lot of work for what we paid him and came by for an estimate first so we knew what to expect.
And we enjoyed hanging out with him so much we hope to get together as friends. It’s great to know we have someone we can count on if we need electrical work done.

Sebastian is great. He is very professional, timely, and does fantastic work. I had him put in a remote switch and AC outlet outside for a fountain. He also ran some multimedia and AC through a wall for a wall mounted TV in the bedroom. All of it was done perfectly and as advertised. I also found them to be completely trustworthy. I was not even in the house while the work was done. Highly recommend.
