My iPhone Repair

I’ve now brought my iphone here and my wife’s samsung. I usually replace the screens myself and have had good luck doing this, but OAlonso has low prices and does quality work, so it’s easier just to bring the phones to him instead of ordering the parts and having to wait for delivery. Both times we’ve been in he’s had the parts on hand. Including recently for a Galaxy S3. ($ 129.99 for repair). Very happy with the service!

I took my iPhone here yesterday because I shattered my screen. Apple wanted $ 110 to fix my screen, and they said my phone could be replaced either the same day or up to a week later. I found this place on Google, gave them a call, and for the same place I could support a local business plus have my phone done in a couple hours. I am very happy with the work that Travis did on my screen at this location, I feel like I have a new phone again. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Alonso fixed my water damaged iPhone 6 for $ 40. The geniuses at the Apple Store told me it could not be fixed, but they’d happily sell me a replacement for $ 250. They never tried or offered to fix it. Alonso fixed all the issues. Great service, honest, fast, and cheap!!! Highly recommend!!!

Son got water on his phone while near the swimming pool. Camera was glitching. Took it in around 1pm. Guy was super nice and told us what to expect. Was going to lunch from 2−3pm and would have it done by 4pm. We walked around and had some lunch and went back around 3:30pm and it was FIXED! And under $ 100. Great find. They have 3 locations in the Sonoma area. Will definitely remember them for any future fixes.

My phone glass shattered on a trip… as soon as I got back home I went here and my phone was fixed in less than 2 hours. Super nice friendly repair person and petaluma is wonderful to walk around while waiting.

I have been here not once but multiple times with a cracked phone and every time that I have taken my iPhone to this location I have had a positive outcome and have been satisfied with my new screen.
What I liked about this place is that when you call the store you have an employee who is very understanding and can listen. I enjoy walking in to the Petaluma location because the employees are so nice and repair your device in a timely manner.
Alonso has helped me multiple times and he is very understanding. Along with that he is very confident and can handle multiple customers at once. I definitely trust him with my iPhone and not once have I had a problem. I am thankful that this location has an employee like an Alonso!

My 2 year old smashed my phone on the tile and the screen shattered. I called them at 11:30 am on Sunday and had it back good as new at 1:30 pm. Also used the Unilocal check in discount and all was said and done for under $ 100.

Highly recommend. Came here based on the reviews on Unilocal and not disappointed. My touch screen on my 5c was not working, I brought it in with no appointment and he took me in right away and said it would be done in an hour. Sure enough an hour later everything was fixed and back to normal. Also offered me a free screen protector! Very reasonably priced also. Will definitely be back. Easy, quick, and affordable. My Samsung Galaxy Edge Plus cracked and broke. I took it to t-​mobile and asked if there was any way to retrieve my valued information, I was told at that time there was nothing they could do, «sorry.» Being unsatisfied with that response I called the next day and spoke with a different representative who said I may want to try My iPhone repair and though he doubts it –they may have able to recover my data.
Upon his suggestion I walked into my iPhone repair shop feeling little hope and very stressed about the situation, the owner was very friendly upon arrival and assured me that he could do something. I took a seat and waited, within 20minites he totally retrieved ALL of my information even though t-​mobile and ALL other repair shops in town insisted that there is nothing that could be done. They were real quick to try and charge me $ 250 to fix the phone instead of just extracting the data.
I’m very pleased with the level of service, expertise and professionalism. After walking in totally deflated and depressed I am leaving now completely smiling from ear to ear. I recommend everyone to visit this company for not just iphones, they really know their stuff!

This spot couldn’t be more helpful, quick or easy. Not just cracked phones, they’ve fixed my battery problems and headphone jack and always been super friendly.

I am a regular customer here and have had an outstanding experience each and every time. This place knocked it out of the park today. There is absolutely no reason anyone in their right mind would take their iPhone to any other shop in Petaluma for repairs.
My technician was Jake and I was also assisted by Robert. They are both extremely knowledgeable and I was truly impressed by their abilities. I own a computer repair shop in Sacramento and employ three full time techs. I wish I could steal these two guys immediately for my company, but the commute would be too long… such is life.
Brought in a busted iPhone 6 screen. They had it replaced within the hour for a very fair price. They even fixed my screw configuration from mistakes I had made when I repaired the screen myself the first time it broke.

Rami did a great job fixing my iPhone 6! My screen was completely shattered and the phone was bent so that the glass wouldn’t lay flat in one corner. Rami had my iPhone looking good as new in about an hour. He even stayed late after hours to fix my phone so I didn’t have to come back the next day. Great customer service, great work and great prices. I highly recommend you take your phone here if you need your iPhone repaired. I’m really glad I bought a case from them because I actually dropped my phone again before I even left the building! I’m hoping I don’t need to get my phone fixed but if I do I’ll be back for sure.

Thanks to Rami, I was able to get my fixed iphone 6 back in less than 30 minutes even though it was past his closing time. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful with very competitive rates.

Broke my iPhone 6 when I got lit last night at the clubs… Thankful these guys were open today on Easter Sunday cause I can’t be without my phone! These electronics have us on a short leash!
Phone looks brand new again! The touch is perfect and works just the same as before since they re manufactured my screen! Glad I’m not getting an aftermarket lcd — I’ve seen those on other friends phones that were repaired with other companies and those screens just really didn’t look or feel the same. Glad to have this company around!
