This place is impressive. The building and surrounding area is clean and neat, and the inside is the same. I have not used them for service, but want to compliment them on the new look, new management and how well it is kept.

Fred and Melissa have been so helpful! My mom and I both take our cars there and have experienced excellent customer service! My mom got a new alternator, fan belt, oil change, AC compressor, tie rods and more. I got new tires on my car along with an oil change, transmission fluid etc. When my mom picked up her car, they had not only washed it but greeted her with flowers with gratitude of her service! Incredible. They made her day and her car looks like new. We will be returning customers for sure.

Terrible experience! First, the place is filthy. It’s a garage, I get it, but even the dump keeps their facility clean. The customer waiting area is a joke. When I brought my auto in, I was told a price and time from of when it would be done. The repair took triple the amount of time and this was paired with a bill that was triple of the original estimate!!! I called many times during the weeks of repair time to find out what the hold up was. Many calls/emails were left unanswered. When the auto was returned to me I found many issues still lingered and they acknowledge them apathetically with zero reaction. They did however, present a bill that was 3 times the original estimate. Frustrated by not having my auto for weeks, poor communication, a car that still had unrepaired issues, and inflated invoice, I promised to never go back. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did.

He misdiagnosed my repair needs, as I found out by taking it to another mechanic after he didn’t return my numerous calls or even give me a quote. Didn’t seem like he wanted the work, and I’m glad I took it elsewhere. I have a feeling it would be in pieces in his shop still, and I also know it wouldn’t have fixed the problem now. The other repair that I did have him do, failed after a week, so my car was back to the same condition as when I brought it in, yet he got hundreds of dollars from me. He never even called me back after I left him messages about it failing. When I was in the shop, he was upset that another customer said he broke something that he claimed he didn’t even touch. I’m seeing a pattern here, and you should too, if you value your hard earned money.
