Hector’s Pizza

So lucky that the closest pizza place to home is also the best. Usually order the Combination Supreme and Fire Roasted veggie. Both are excellent! The Chicken Toscana was also very good. Pizzas usually take about 40 minutes, so plan ahead, but well worth the extra time. On game days they can get really busy, but they never sacrifice quality. I usually dont eat the crust on pizza, but the sourdough crust here is amazing. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had.

I love Hector’s Pizza, it’s the best spot in Petaluma. I just had a jalapeño, bacon and pineapple pizza.

The best around for great service and great pizza sure you have old Chicago (downtown) rafys and marys but there is something different about this place. The regular stuff is right on the money but you gotta try their pesto pizza and bruschetta, they are really superb! that crust though…

This is a great find. When traveling we like to find the best pizza in an area. Hectors fits the bill. The sourdough crust is great. Everyone there was polite and greeted everyone with a smile.
We will be back.

Crust is excellent. Cheese needs work. Is too brown, almost burnt and has no stretch to it. Sauce is good as are all the other toppings.

Hector Is always in good spirit and he makes the best pizza, can’t go wrong with any kind it’s always good and is worth the wait this is the best place you can get pizza in Petaluma

We got a medium Combination Supreme for takeout last week and I think about that pizza pretty much daily. It was one of the best I’ve had in a long, long time.
I don’t eat dairy so half the pizza was no cheese. Hector’s doesn’t offer an alternative like some other places do — soy cheese, etc. but that’s fine by me. It absolutely didn’t need anything extra. Great crust, perfect sauce (which matters when there is no cheese) and fresh toppings.
While driving home I think about what’s for dinner, what’s in the fridge, and whether we’ll spurge on another takeout from Hector’s. Now I know about the coupons online and am saving my pennies.

I met the owner once, he was a soft spoken guy real laid back and just had a goood vibe. If he is making the pizza I get why its good have this theory about food. People who love to cook, Make the best food. Try the BBq chicken Pizza gluten free option is AWESOME. Delivery time is slow but i think they are just slammed with high demand

Ordered delivery and it came on the time they told me! Pizza was great! Ordered a green salad as well which was excellent! Only complaint is they forgot the fork! And I’m in a motel, thank goodness I found a fork in the lobby! I would go there again!

I had been searching for Petaluma’s best pizza and I may have just found it…
Good pizza is first all about the dough — this is sourdough crust baked to perfection. It’s not thin crust, not thick — but that perfect in between crust.
The sauce is tangy and balanced — and not too sweet. The cheese is perfectly stringy and chewy.
This is a 5-​star pizza.
Because this place is so popular, I read that the delivery can be slow. I ordered ahead of time and waited patiently for the 60 minutes of delivery. When my pizza arrived I opened the box to find it was missing pepperoni?! I called to let them know and they immediately offered to send a replacement pizza.
While I waited, I tried the pepperoniless pizza and it was awesome! When the correct pizza eventually arrived, I quickly realized it was also awesome.
So as I said, the pizza was fantastic. But I also wanted to Unilocal about the fact that they messed up — and then quickly rectified the problem. It’s that type of customer service and attention that will absolutely make me a repeat customer.

Hector’s always delivers a good pie. They’re a little slow, but if you plan and pick up about 30 min. Worth the wait. Probably the best pizza place in town. (Not including old Chicago)

Hector’s is one of my two Go To places for pizza in Petaluma. Fresh, delicious, fair prices… this place has killer pizza. Called one in on a busy Friday night, the chefs are greeting repeat customers, they are cranking out pie after pie, like a well oiled machine. I live my pizza well done, it still had about 7 mins left, the cashier gave me a drink on the house, apologized, and even brought the drink out to me. Customer service is top notch.

Good dough. Without good dough using decent water pizza just isn’t very good.
Hectors is really yummy pizza. Kids always ask for it as first pick over anything else.

Good pizza, probably the best delivery option in Petaluma, but they’re slow — and they don’t mind making you wait a half hour past the estimated time for pick-​up, which has now happened to us twice, so unfortunately it needs a Unilocal’n. Also, the person working the register both times neither apologized either time for the extended wait, nor seemed terribly friendly.
Fix that attitude and get pizzas done for your take out customers and you’ll have an easy 4 stars or better from me.

Best pizza in town!
Plan ahead, as delivery can sometimes take 1.5 hours on weekends. Even pick-​up can take as much as an hour.
Service has always been spot-​on, and delivery personnel were always friendly.
Sourdough crust = amazing. Crispy on the outside with a nice sponge-​like interior. Properly-​cooked pizza has never been an issue, so no undercooked dough shenanigans that is common with other pizza venues (*cough* Old Chicago *cough*).

Caesar salad was fresh amd light served with a juicy lemon wedge.
Our pizza had french brie and veggies and the dough was excellent.

Had the hectors combo pizza and boy oh boy was it really good!

Ordered a large half margarita, half meat lovers. No joke this place is really good. The sourdough crust is awesome, and the ingredients are top notch.
I ordered delivery, and the service was great, from the phone call, the online coupons, and the delivery time.
