Ferguson

Wish I could give them a better review. Most sales people have been helpful in the past. Today I would have to give Ed a «F» for his service. Very erragant and condescending. Spent over $ 600. on one sink fixture which I needed additional parts to connect to a commercial sink. Went into the store with pictures of the sink and brought the fixture. After talking to the manufacture he showed me a picture of the parts I needed to order to attached the fixture to the sink. I asked for some clarification and he became erragant and condescending. He even asked a regular customer to look at it and he disagreed with him. He even accused me of throwing a posted (4″ piece of paper) at him, when I asked him to write down his name and the owners so I could call and make a complaint about his service. I done many plumbing projects before. This guy treats women like there stupid! A new Freidman ’ s store is going in down the street and I will now drive to the Plumbing store in Santa Rosa before I ever go back to Fergusons.

I needed a part for my faucet after a move. Just wanted to say the dude there was so friendly and helpful I had to mention this on Unilocal.If you need ANYTHING related to plumbing from toilets and faucets to water filters and gas pipe fittings they have it.
