I was not too happy with the agent Mr. Johnson, who just wasted my time. I inquired about a specific rental property and all I wanted to know was what the lease terms were. He couldn’t answer my question and when I finally got him on the phone, he asked all sorts of questions…
When I FINALLY got to ask about the lease terms, he told me it wouldn’t work.
If he had paid attention to my specific question originally, he could’ve saved us both a lot of time.

I am very unhappy with my experience dealing with Mr.Brown.
True he was the agent of the party we bought a house from but his bully like tactics were unprofessional and often downright insulting. He would go days and days with out responding to our calls and emails. That is one of the many examples.
I hope this review speaks to the man’s poor credibility.

I’ve worked with a lot of Realtors. In my opinion, it is the Realtors ability to quickly handle problems that sets a good one apart from a stellar one. Today, Kathy Seibel, a Realtor for CPS Petaluma, totally knocked it out of the park.
Needing to get information from the bank, which was closed, she got creative, played a hunch, and found the contact information for a vendor and lit a fire under them using some magic propellant that got the situation resolved in mere minutes which could have escalated into a weeks long drama.
She was fast, responsive, creative, and didn’t let anything stand between her and getting the problem solved immediately. All I can say is WOW and thank you!
