Decided to get 2 large salads to go as it was going to be a hot day & it had been awhile since I’ve had one of their amazing custom salads. Now mind you it was only 11:40am and it wasn’t busy like when you come at noon through 1:30pm yet they all couldn’t get one of the salads correct(mine). I told the person taking my order that I wanted to order 2 large salads to go. She said to tell her 1 at a time. Finished the 1st one then went into the 2nd large salad. Told her each topping 1 at a time just like the 1st one with the last topping bein g strawberries. When I got back to work I told my friend that the salad with strawberries was mine. Much to my surprise there were no strawberries on my salad at all. Guess people don’t know how to pay attention. I also noticed that the size of their regular size salads have shrunk quite a bit from before. It’s like with everything else in the world, pay the same or more and get less, way less. I will say that if you’re looking for fresh custom made salads this is the place to come. Very refreshing on a hot summer day! Also, I haven’t tried all their sandwiches but I can say the Cuban, Santa Fe Chicken, and Grilled Tri-Tip are very good. But my favorite is the #7, Oven Roasted Chicken Breast & Provolone– it’s the best!

Typically the food is good, but $ 30 for a regular salad, kids sandwich, two bottles drinks, and a bag of chips? The cashier knowingly overcharged me, then had the nerve to ask if I really wanted him to change it!

Great! Bread was insanely fresh(ok they don’t make it themselves but still), meats and ingredients were fresh and delish. The box tie salad was great, spicy and obviously made often. Only disappointments, pesto mayo had like no pesto really, also I want some unique combos and sandehich ideas when I go to a deli. These were pretty basic, but overall great deli.

Could easily go to a sandwich shop much closer to work on Lakeville but I drive across town for the best service and the most fresh salad bar around. My go to lunch spot during the spring/summer! Never disappointed with my order here and a huge selection of drinks to go with. When I ask people have you tried Bianchini’s and they say no I’m honestly shocked and highly recommend.

The food is really good. They make fantastic custom salads. Very generous portions. Lots of things to choose from to make your custom salad and it’s all very fresh. OK now for the line. I mean where are you supposed to stand to pay. They have a sandwich line and a salad line and then there’s a cash register line. If you come with someone who wants a sandwich but you want to salad and you’re both paying together you have to separate and somehow come back together in the third line. The salad people will tell you it’s OK to stay along the salad preparation wall and work your way into the cash register line but the people already in line who came from getting sandwiches give you the stink guy like you’re taking cuts. And forget about it if you forgot to get a Snapple or your favorite beverage. Those are Way Back in the beginning of the lines with the to go macaroni salads. Guess what I’m saying is that they neef better signage for the lines. Either way the food is really good. Check it out

Such friendly staff, the place was top notch, CLEAN and the sandwiches were so delish! We had the cubano with pulled pork, ham, provolone, pickles and special sauce heated on a baked roll. Also had the pastrami with sauerkraut on soft rye bread. We shared both sandwiches and would order both again in a heart beat. Right across from the Motel 6 we stayed at and the Laguintas Brewery we visited last night. A++! Not your run of the mill sandwich shop. Puts Subway to shame!!!

Great sandwiches and salads, you can get healthier choices too. Staff is super awesome. Place is clean and nice, they have outside tables too. This is my favorite lunch place.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews here, I’ve been going to Bianchini’s for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I really enjoy the salad and the freshly made bread. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes during the lunch rush it can take a little while to get a sandwich but I think it’s worth the wait.

We just moved offices to Petaluma and ordered 35 boxed lunches from Bianchinis and they were amazing. We could have definitely done with half sandwich as the whole sandwich was too large. The salad was amazing — everything was individually wrapped and labeled so that made it easy — especially for the vegetarians. Enrique was super nice and came by with everything and exactly at the time that he said he would. Very impressed indeed and will be ordering again soon.

Had a sourdough bread Santa Fe chicken sandwich. Bread was dry, filled with lettuce and chiles and just one slice of chicken lunch meat. Thought it was as it said roasted chicken. It was just a slice of meat, had to dig around my sandwich to find it. Cheese was just one tiny I think triangle which covered one third of sandwich. Pickle was soggy and limp(served on side), bread was so dry it crumbled in my mouth… this is definitely not the same food quality as a few years ago. Down right awful food.

They make great sandwiches and salads, and they have very quick service. A little on the expensive side, but overall it’s one of my favorite places to get lunch.

Ate here for lunch and had the number #7 on multigrain bread. I was left underwhelmed. They have chips, a drink section and pick up ready made salads to go. Also they have a craft your salad section. Nothing looked spectacular but a clutch place if you want something quick. To get 4 stars or higher you HAVE to rock my taste buds and this place sadly did not. Note** people giving this place 5 stars are off their rocker. The chicken is pre cooked for salads and basic deli meat. 5 stars has to be reserved for freshly made cooked to order items. This place is in a strip mall y’all!!!

I have been going here since they opened. Have always had such a nice experience from the moment I walk through those doors to the moment I throw my garbage away. Every person is attentive and polite. I LOVE the salad bar. So happy you guys are right in my backyard. :)

OMGDONTKNOWWHERETOSTART!!! I had just gotten a pedicure at shangri-la down the strip and decided to stop in for a sandwich. Well I’ll be damned! Know how many times I passed this place off as «just another deli»??? Shame on me!!! It was fantastic!!! I ordered the turkey and Swiss with roasted peppers on wheat bread. I asked them to put the sweet mustard on the side. Within a minute I changed my mind to pepper jack. No problem for them! Excellent and kind staff. Very helpful!!! My sandwich was beyond compare! Freshest sandwich I had outside my own home in years! The sweet mustard they put on the side had a real kick to it like maybe horseradish. OMGYUM!!! I literally wanted to drink it but knew what that would look like to the average passer by! I sat outside and enjoyed the weather while also enjoying this culinary delight. Bianchini’s…you have my vote! Best sandwich in the Bay Area!!! Kudos and I’ll be back and back and back!!!

This place is great. My husband and I eat here at least twice a week. Their salads are awesome and super filling. The Chicken is always cooked perfectly and the produce is always very fresh. I don’t know why people would down talk the service here. Everyone I’ve seen is always fast, friendly, and efficient, and we’ve been going there for quite some time. For a quick fresh salad or sandwich, this is the place to go!

When you first approach this place, it looks like your everyday deli, but after you try a sandwich, you will think«do they make their own bread?» The rolls here are so fresh that I had to ask that question the next time I was in the neighborhood. I was told that they purchase their bread half cooked so they can cook it for 5 minutes at the market resulting in fresh bread ! Such a great concept; too bad nobody else has the same idea. Today I ordered the veggie delight sandwich on a Dutch crunch roll and it was the perfect sandwich. Al the ingredients were fresh and blended nicely in the sandwich. The service was exceptional and all of the staff members were pleasant and looked happy to be there. This is definitely my go-to place to get a great sandwich in Sonoma County !

This place is unique. A custom salad bar and deli. A great idea all around. We came in at a great time(around 4pm) which was perfect there was nobody there. In the half hour we were there though a fair amount of people came in. I can imagine it gets pretty packed around lunch time. My wife has a taste for healthy food. This place makes it easy for her. You get you pick several ingredients to go in your salad and they mix it all up for you. Tons of options. The down side is its kind of pricy. For a salad and a chocolate chip cookie it was $ 10. It’s cool and and good but $ 10 for a salad and a cookie? Too steep. The seating is good however. There’s quite a few tables inside and a bunch of tables outside with umbrellas for non windy days. I think we will eat here again. Probably won’t go out of our way but we will find ourselves in the area around lunch time.

I don’t know what everyone is talking about, this is not some hidden gem it’s just a typical over priced sandwich shop. While it’s a step up from subway it’s not by much. My honest reaction: «Meh.» The restaurant looks better from the outside. The inside is dirty, dusty, and nobody wipes down the tables or counters. The floor doesn’t get swept or mopped during the day so you get to look at the remnants of other sandwiches while you wait for yours to be made. The produce is wilted and old, they microwave the meat, the cheese comes pre-sliced out of a package, and the bread is always chewy(even though they claim to make some of it themselves). I have no idea why people rave about the quality here, it lacks it in its entirety. If you order a sandwich they seriously skimp on ingredients except for overloading with lettuce. Even if you pay extra for avocado they will give you about a teaspoon. You wanted pesto? Forget it, they’ll scrape the tiniest amount of watered down pesto over the bread and try to pass that off as a condiment. No matter how soon you unwrap your sandwich it will be soggy and cold. The salads aren’t much better. The produce isn’t quality and you end up with an underwhelming plate of wilted lettuce and a few extraneous bits of vegetables bathed in ounces of dressing. Not worth it. Extremely slow service. Seriously how long does it take to make a sandwich? 30 minutes seems like a terribly long time to wait when there are only 3 other people in the entire restaurant. I’ve never gotten a sandwich here that was exactly what I ordered. The staff either does not listen to you or just doesn’t care because you’ll end up with a totally different sandwich than you ordered. This isn’t just a one time thing, it’s happened on multiple occasions to the entire table. I mean I can understand one mistake but when you mess up 5 sandwiches? More than once? Get it together. That being said, it is better than subway.

Reading all the good reviews makes me wonder about people’s standards. Since when is tri-tip the color of pork? Pros: customizable salads and sandwiches. Reasonably priced Good bread quality Cons: Cleanliness(everything is dirty) the floors look like they haven’t been mopped in a couple weeks. Dirt dirty shelves with napkins and back stock are clear if you look behind the front counter. The employees are all troglodytes or stoned. Wrong orders with items on sandwich that I did not ask for. It was NOT busy. They should put money into better ingredients instead of big screens.
