I started coming here to deposit checks because I hate the new ATM system of scanning the checks and sometimes holding them for up to 5 days instead of releasing the money right away.
I dislike many of the policies of BOW. I like how convenient this location is, and to be honest, it’s really the only thing that keeps me here. I heard it’s closing, and I’m fairly certain when it does, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This branch is great. They are super friendly. Nice drive thru window… the EAST side branch is terrible at customer service… beware big bank… not even US owned to let you know…

Horrible customer service. Currently looking for a new bank. The bank manager and assistant were extremely unprofessional. We had to have the manager at the Rohnert Park branch intervene. This bank also loves to fine you to death.

We use this bank/​branch for my husband’s self-​employment bank account. It is a great place, the tellers/​bankers are all knowledgeable and helpful. They even assisted us clearing up a false statement on his credit report, where his previous bank let another person open an account with the same SSN, but a different name. (How did CHASE let that happen?)
We chose them based on their lack off fees and account options for their checking and savings. It has all gone smoothly over the last few years.
Our only difficulty has been establishing the online services but that is more the fault of having a young child and no time, rather than the bank.

Love the people at this branch. Been going here for nearly 28 years… since my first account at this location when I was 2 years old. Of course they’ve merged and changed names since then but the people are still amazing.
