Good prices and cleaned and lubed my truck door lock for free. The guy that helped me was very nice and even though he could not solve my other key problem he referred me to a place that could.

Worst customer service. Wish I can give negative stars for this place. Bald guy that works at this place acts like he is a god and he is doing you a favor. This tiny poorly located store needs to fire this guy and get someone with more customer service experience. If the bald guy is the owner… Good luck you will be out of business soon. Don’t waste your time with this place.

I so appreciate being able to call a small businessman who is honest and super helpful! I called about getting locks on my car fixed, and this kind man responded that they don’t do that kind of work. The guy behind the counter was friendly with good customer service. I went to have a key made, they had a good selection of custom pattern keys to choose from rather than just a standard key.
I know that key copies are done pretty quick, but this was literally under a minute – now thats solid! I would definitely bring any lock and key biz to this shop.
