Great beer, the Heroine is really good! You can find it at Costco RP now!!! If only there were a taproom… hmmmm…

Love that these guys are in Petaluma — Heroin is my Fave. You can get it now almost everywhere, Railey’s, Safeway, G&G, Petaluma Market etc. I always have a few in my frig. It’s smooth, easy to drink. A little off topic, I have their trucker hat. Don’t know who makes it for them, but it’s seriously like my favorite hat! The logo is cool for sure, BUT the snap-back old school trucker hat with the mesh side is so comfortable — where it almost every day! Beer is Good. Hat is good! Get them both!

So A guy walks into a bar and says, «Hey Bartender, do you have any Heroine?» As a very avid fan of the IPA but trending away from them I have to say that I love the beers that they are making. Heroine is a truly unique IPA, carmely notes and a nice hoppy flavor that does not kick your teeth in. I met the brewers in Sonoma at Olde Sonoma and was lucky enough to have a long chat and try Heroine early on. Love the brewery and look forward to seeing it on tap in more locations. 6 packs?

Heroine IPA is a cassic style Norcal IPA true to its roots, hoppy and smooth I just had the Golden for the first time a few months back and was a big fan as well. I’m looking forward to trying the rest of their beers as they are released

These guys make some incredible beer. I haven’t gotten to visit the brewery yet but what with Petaluma Hills Brewing Company and Lagunitas being within walking distance of each other, this area is going to become the meca of Northern California breweries. Yes, local craft brewed beer is going to be more pricey than PBR or Bud but it is well worth it not just for the superior taste and ingredients but also because you are supporting the local beer industry. I got a chance to drink some of 101’s beer again at this year’s Great Petaluma Chili Cookoff and not only do they make great tasting beers, but the brewers are some of the nices people you are going to meet. Make it a habit of asking your server at your favorite local restaurant or watering hole what beers they carry from 101 North, Hen House, or Petaluma Hills(coming soon). Surprisingly, a lot of places still don’t know that along with Lagunitas, we have three other craft breweries that all produce superior beers. If they are going to serve beer, they may as well give you choices from the locals before filling their taps with some other fake microbrewery created by the likes of Bud, Miller, and Coors.
