The couple running this winery is very passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to wines and wine making. The woman who poured the wines was kind enough to take us into the back room and give us a quick tour of the facilities. They have signs up labeling everything in their process. The make surprisingly good white wines. The chardonnay has a good citrus bite. The apple wine is fantastic — we got a bottle of this one. The merlot and cab sauv were also good. They did a small splash of the chocolate sakura wine for us. I’m looking forward to getting more wine from them in the future! If you order 6 bottles they do free shipping!

I love Cascadia. If you want to meet a wine maker that has EXTREME passion for his craft then go to Cascadia and have some tastes. I really like his wines. I have gone here several times and the little asian owner draws you in with some great knowledge and stories about his wine and processes. Last time I went we got to go into the back room and see where he juices and produces his wine. The white wine here is really good, crisp and not to sweet and not to dry. The Reds are bold and delicious. The owners most proudest accomplisment is his apple wine. What a great concept real apple wine from the apple capital of the world. It isn’t a grape/apple hybrid either it is 100% apple is it is so crisp and good. And he really likes to sell it, good thing is I really like to buy it. I always leave a little bit happier when I come to Cascadia!

Complimentary pours and a friendly owner to converse with. L little hard on the sell, you know, «Of the ones you’ve tasted so for, which ones do you like the best?» Or, «What can I do to get you into a bottle of wine today?» Go ahead and stop by, but you must continue down to road to Icicle Ridge Winery.
