Unfortunately by the time I found out what a rude man he is, my son was under his care for braces. When he came out after seeing my son, I asked him if I could ask him a question — he said, «No. You don’t have an appointment.» I said that the child was my son and he said that the appointment was with HIM not ME and if I wanted to speak to him, make an appointment. How’s that for courtesy to a client?!
My son said he was abrupt, NEVER spoke to anyone but his assistant and never had a positive thing to say. So much for encouraging a teenager to keep with the program or praise him for the success he has had.
