Sherman’s

I purchased a new KitchenAid dishwasher for my Ottawa Illinois home. The Shermans installer guy, Jacob, came and installed it today. Not only did he arrive early. Did an awesome job. Super nice guy, awesome at his job, and his customer service was outstanding. Over all experience was 5 star!!!

We love the commercials that Paul does — he comes across as a down to earth person, your neighbor perhaps, not a scammy business owner. Love how he says «we’ll have it in your home to-​mor-​row» That was one of the main reasons for choosing Sherman’s when we needed a refrigerator. You can wait awhile for almost any other appliance but the refrigerator we needed to-​mor-​row and we had it! No pressure from the sales staff, although I knew what I wanted when I walked in. I was content with the price but they automatically check other big stores and price match — saved us a few more dollars. The sales associate was very pleasant as were the other employees at the check out area and all helping each other to facilitate the process. After it was delivered we noticed a minor flaw and opted to receive compensation rather than return the refrigerator. The money was in our account within a few days. Sherman’s will be the place I go to again when I’m in need of a new appliance.
