I first ordered correspondence cards which were beautiful. The website show exactly how the type will look, kerned letters and all. Then I ordered a square address stamp, the No. 9 image. While it was accurate and well struck, the large initial is too far from the address lines and it looks weird. But the worst thing is that the stamp is crooked; it’s on a slant. When I reviewed it on the American Stationery site, saying I was disappointed, they didn’t post my review. Buyer Beware, the quality is iffy!

The items I ordered, including Christmas return address labels, arrived over 3 weeks late, which seemed way too long. But they were all high quality and beautiful. Tonight, I ordered more Christmas labels for next year and, at my request, they waived the shipping fee for my inconvenience. I’ll just be sure to order more ahead next time.

This company is the worst!!! They have gotten my order wrong twice now and I simply asked them to repeat my original first order. Do they not keep a copy of your previous orders? In addition, the customer service is very unresponsive and unprofessional. Will never order from them again.

My order receipt was sent to me via email. I contacted the company immediately with an error for the typeset. I was told there was a $ 10.00 fee to correct this or a $ 10.00 fee to cancel my order. Isn’t this a little off putting? I will never order from this company again. They haven’t even emailed me the correction, so, who knows what I will get.

While their stationary appears very pretty online if you have a customer service issue be prepared to get every lame excuse why they won’t fix a problem. There very poor solution was similar to one above… I should pay to have part reprinted, AND shipping. Simply, when I placed the order online I wanted my full name and middle initial imprinted. They said I put a comma after my initial… huh? WHY would I do that? All their other correspondence to me had it correct but when I received the cards they had the comma. There are a lot of good stationary companies out there, run from this one. RUDE people in customer service. This would have have cost them very little to fix and I had ordered from hem for years. NEVERAGAIN! I love it when their catalogs come now and hey go right into recycling. Bye AS.

I ordered some correspondence cards with a personal monogram and lined envelopes. The catalogue and web site pictured the cards and envelope liners as a set. When the order arrived The ink color of the monogram was different than the card’s border… which was different than the color of the envelope liner. Overall… the product looked extremely cheap and poorly done… really disappointing. Customer service offered this solution… I could buy an additional set of envelopes with liners… at cost of $ 24.95 plus s&h in the hope they would be a better match… some customer service for poor quality and a misleading presentation in their catalogue/website. Also… don’t be misled by the glowing«4-star» reviews featured for all of their products. Unlike more reputable sites… they don, t seem to include negative reviews. I sent mine in on this product 3 weeks ago… But you won’t find any critical comments on this website. Save your money, avoid being disappointed, and don’t place any faith in the product reviews on the their website… shop elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! It is not worth the stress. No response to emails and you spend 18 minutes on hold only to encounter rude sales people. The order sent was incorrect and no offer to help or remedy the situation. Shop local!

Not trustworthy! I paid more than 2X for an express delivery(2 – 3 days) which I had done with other companies that make similar products. They will rush printing and shipping to get you what you need faster; it’s pricey but, when you are in a hurry… it’s been a lifesaver. So I did not receive my rush delivery from American Stationery and when I called they announced they never do anything express with printing, they’re busy, and it will take about 2 weeks altogether. Now for the privledge of already being 4 days behind they charged me a 10 dollar fee, even though they openly admitted they hadn’t even gotten around to starting my order. AVOIDTHEM. There are faster more curteous options out there!

This is strictly a website operation and I have to say… I’m SO glad I stumbled across it! A friend of mine gave me this adorable set of personalized, embossed cards for my birthday one year. I loved them so much that I found out where they came from and have been ordering stuff as gifts every since. The set I got was great: «Designer Gift Cards»…Set of 50 for $ 18.00 including the personalization! CAN’T beat that! They have everything… gift cards, stationary, memos, envelopes… you name it. You can gt initials, icons, names, addresses… all sorts of stuff… put on your gift choice. So if you are in need of THE perfect gift for that special someone… this place rocks for birthdays, Mommy’s Day, Christmas, etc. NOTE: Gift idea… by them the stationary and then put your address or relatives addresses on a few AND put a stamp on each envelope… but leave some free so they can make a choice as to whom to send it to. That way you make it easier for them to write more often!
