All About Eyes

This place is very expensive. I had a bad time with customer service. Their lab melted my frames on accident. The salespeople told me they were «defective» and when i got in there to pick up my finished glasses they told me my other pair were melted at the lab. They told me they were out of stock and i’d have to get a different pair. No prob i said order me the brown pair instead. They told me i already order the brown pair. I told them okay then the black i thought i was ordering in the first place. They told me they would have to call me back. that was one a friday. I called them back the next Wednesday after not hearing anything from them. I decided i want to return 1 of the 3 pairs i bought. I didn’t want to «re-​style» them because i’ve now lost my patience with this store. Through all there terms of sale junk they want to give me a $ 60 in store credit for returning one pair of glasses on a $ 650~ 3 glasses sale. it’s all very confusing and i don’t want to go there again. i feel slighted.
