I have followed this program over a year now and have maintained my weight loss. I have referred friends and family to this program. It is easy to follow and WORKS.

One star and that is only because the location was convenient. I went for consultation that of course I paid for. Happy that they were running a special. Was on time for appt and signed in. Fifteen minutes later, I was acknowledged. Person that I had appt with was not ready so I was handed paperwork that I had already filled out in advance. Finally after a wait, was seen. Not by a doctor or medical professional but by an administrative assistant who stated she was trained to use the software and monitor the program. She then explained and went over scan that they did usung scale. Biggest turn off was NO exercise permitted. Fifteen minutes a day. Next turn off was all personal care products had to be theirs or on their list to keep me from being hungry. No compromises on any of this. When the sales person, cause that is what she was, realized I would not stop current exercise program, she was no longer helpful or gung ho. She was done. I never did see a doctor. I was basically pushed out the door. Think very hard before going to this place.
