This is a warehouse for pick-​ups only. I ordered a TV on
on January 2 and was given 3 choices: wait until January 13 to pick up at a local store, have it delivered and wait about the same amount of time, or go and pick up at this warehouse.
Was I going to wait 11 days and not watch the first round of the NFL playoffs on my new TV? Hell no. So, I went and picked it up here. My experience here was comparable to what I envision visiting a prisoner to be like. After you drive down a driveway that must be ¼−½ mile long, you’re met by a security guard who asks for your name and takes down your plate number. The guard then tells you to enter the facility surrounded by a barb wire fence, park and then go to the reception area so they can track down your purchase order (or inmate). There, they write your name and order number down, then tell you to go back outside and pull up to the ramp where you’re met by a warehouse worker who loads your items into your car. I’m surprised they didn’t give me a jump suit.
Word of advice: Watch where you park before you enter the reception area. There are ZERO parking spaces and the lot is loaded with rigs and trailers dropping off and picking up packages.
Overall, I’m at 3 stars solely because the process was relatively painless. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

This review is specifically for the warehouse. I went to where I was directed to pick up my tv because is was out of stock at the actual store. I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. (Mind you I made eye contact with 4 different people who walked right by me). Finally someone came to the window told me he would get one of the girls and to have a seat. 10 more minutes before anyone even came back to talk to me. This warehouse customer service is crap. If you are going to have customers go to pick up their tv’s they just paid for they should have someone who actually pays attention to their customers. Too bad I regularly buy from Best Buy. This will make me reconsider going somewhere else if they don’t have what I want in stock.

Ah! The fresh smell of new flat screens! An excellent warehouse that treats you right. If you arrive more than a half hour late you have to reschedule!
