Visiting from out of town for the weekend and stopped here to have coffee and conversation with my mom, aunt and sister. The store is very nice and very clean… But. I was completely unimpressed with the barista. I ordered an iced coffee with room for cream. She added both cream and sugar for me. I told her I didn’t ask for sugar and she said that is how it’s made. I told her not where I’m from, and she replied well they are doing it wrong. The response I expected would have been for her to just remake the drink… Not argue with me that the entire Eastern Seaboard is making iced coffee incorrectly.

The staff is very friendly and the drinks are always made well. This is the only Starbucks in the area that is open when I leave for work before 6AM and the drive-thru is quick & convenient.

Visited this Starbucks for a late afternoon caffeine boost. Ordered a dopio espresso machiatto — with Half n Half — dry.
Drink was well made, strong, and tasty! Got the olé brain cells firing again! Service was good!

I have been going here quite a bit because of the drive through but I’m thinking I just might have to go to the other location across the street inside Kroger. This Starbucks is fine unless the barista Valerie is somehow involved. If she takes my order or makes my order, my drink is never, ever right. Not sure how she keeps her job. Frustrating that one person can ruin it for you, I’m getting tired of going back to get my drink fixed every. single. time.
